Research On Education Acquisition From The Perspective Of Patron-client Relation

Educational access is of great significance both for society and for individuals,and has always been a key area of sociology.The previous research on educational acquisition focuses on general education acquisition,and quantitative analysis on methods.The research summarizes the two factors that affect the education acquisition,family capital and education system.But the previous research has not paid enough attention to the field of art education,nor did it give enough sociological research on the role of social relations on the education acquisition.This paper focuses on the field of art education,chooses H City in H Province,which is more developed in classical guitar education,as the field point,adopts the methods of participatory observation and semi-structured interview to study the education acquisition of classical guitarists,and tries to analyze it from the perspective of patronage relationship.It is found that there are three important subjects with different resources in the field of classical guitar education,namely,classical guitarists,enlightening teachers and college tutors,and there are two levels of sheltered relationship among them,which directly affect the education of classical guitarists.First of all,in the face of the shortage of educational resources,in order to successfully complete the enlightenment education,the classical guitarist must establish a special relationship with the enlightening teacher,who is the master of the resources at this stage.For the purpose of expanding enrollment and making profits,the enlightening teacher also needs to select qualified students for key training,so the primary protection relationship is established between the two.Through the reciprocal behavior between the two,the classical guitarists achieve the goal of education.At the same time,in the face of many competitors,the first teachers try to establish contact with the group whose status and resources are higher than their own,in order to obtain the advantages in enrollment and teaching,and the college tutors also establish a team composed of specific first teachers for the purpose of developing schools,so the secondary school can be established.Educational resources flow in the mutual benefit of the sheltered relationship between the enlightening teacher and the College Tutor,and ultimately act on the classical guitarist.It is through the two-tier sheltered relationship that the classical guitarists achieve their education in technology,performance opportunities,competition ranking and further education.With the flow,acquisition and accumulation of various resources,an excellent classical guitarist has been created.
