Art middle schools are a strong guarantee to reserve talents for art talents in colleges and universities.How to cultivate high comprehensive quality art professionals is a problem that every art middle school must pay attention to.However,the art middle school students generally exist the problem of weak culture knowledge.Therefore,the research about the present situation of art middle school math teaching implementation,analyzing the problems existing in the implementation process and their causes,and suggest improvements,is beneficial to improve the state of art middle school math teaching implementation,to promote the arts raising the level of middle school students' culture knowledge for the training of specialists in the field of quality comprehensive art.This study selected four art middle schools in Guangzhou as the epitome of art middle schools,covering professional fields such as music,dance and fine arts,and carried out an investigation and research on the implementation status of culture courses in art middle schools by means of documentary method,questionnaire and interview method.According to the results of questionnaire survey and interview data analysis,it is found that the main problems existing in the implementation of culture courses in art middle schools are as follows: the teaching management mechanism of culture courses is not perfect,the teaching resources are not enough to guarantee,and the teaching effect is not ideal.In view of the above three problems,this study analyzes the reasons from three levels of school,teachers and students: firstly,the school curriculum is influenced by exam-oriented education;Secondly,school leaders do not pay enough attention to the implementation of culture classes;Thirdly,the comprehensive teaching ability of culture teachers is not high enough.Fourth,students' sense of self-efficacy in learning culture courses is low.Combined with the existing problems and the analysis of their causes,this study proposes the following strategies to improve the implementation status of culture courses from the aspects of schools,teachers and students:In terms of the schools,we should further improve the teaching management mechanism and enhance the guarantee of teaching resources.Firstly,attaching importance to culture course,highlight the position and function of culture course;Secondly,combining with the characteristics of talent training in art middle schools,the training objectives of culture courses should be reasonably formulated.Thirdly,optimize the arrangement of culture courses and effectively promote the implementation of culture classes;Fourthly,selecting the culture course materials suitable for the learning characteristics of art students and actively develop the school-based teaching materials;The last,improving the guarantee conditions of teaching resources to escort the implementation of culture courses.In terms of the teachers of culture courses,we should further improve the comprehensive teaching ability and promote the effective improvement of teaching effect.On the one hand,we should pay attention to the teaching of culture courses and actively conduct exchanges and discussion;On the other hand,improve the teaching organization form,enrich the teaching evaluation means.Last but not the least,optimize the feedback means of students' learning results to enhance learning consciousness and initiative.In terms of the students,we should pay attention to the study of culture courses and enhance the sense of learning efficacy.Firstly,correct the learning motivation of culture courses and face up to the lifelong influence of culture courses on growth.Secondly,to stimulate learning interest,optimize learning methods and improve learning effectiveness.
