As an incurable disease,cerebral palsy requires long-term rehabilitation.Not only the patients themselves have to face tremendous physical and psychological pain,but their family members are also under great pressure for a long time,especially the main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy.Because children with cerebral palsy have different degrees of physical functional impairment,they are difficult to take care of themselves in life,and a caregiver is required to be responsible for the children's daily life and daily rehabilitation training for a long time.Therefore,the pressure on caregivers is huge.Psychological resilience is a kind of psychological trait,which refers to the ability of an individual to actively adapt in a crisis situation.According to previous studies,it is found that most of the caregivers have a low level of psychological flexibility.At present,the issue of psychological resilience has become a focus of attention from all walks of life to the disadvantaged groups and a hot spot for the academic circles to carry out research on the disadvantaged groups,and the research results are rich.However,research on caregivers of children with cerebral palsy based on the background of social work disciplines is relatively weak.In view of the above situation,this study took 14 caregivers of children with cerebral palsy from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of B Hospital in D City as the research object.Using the scale measurement method,the carers were tested for their psychological resilience level,and it was found that the overall level of the carers' psychological resilience was low.Especially the low levels of control,self-confidence,acceptance,optimism and tenacity.Then use semi-structured interviews to understand the protective factors and risk factors of the level of psychological resilience,and analyze the relevant needs of caregivers.Choosing to adopt the counseling mode of physical and mental health interaction to improve the mental flexibility of caregivers,and divide the research objects into experimental group and control group.There was no significant difference in the psychological elasticity index between the two groups in the pre-test.The experimental group members were treated with a mental flexibility improvement group work intervention using the physical-mind interaction health model as a method.The comparison results found that the psychological flexibility scores of the experimental group members were significantly different from those of the control group members.The mentality of the experimental group members the flexibility score is higher.Finally,summarize the conclusions of the research,reflect on the research process,and put forward relevant suggestions.
