The advancement of science and technology,the increase of productivity,the liberation of a large amount of labor,and the increase of people's leisure time.The rapid economic development has made most people no longer worry about food and clothing.People began to pursue higher life goals and paid more attention to their own health.Coupled with the encouragement and support of national policies,national fitness has become a fashion,which has made the importance of sports recognized by the public,and more and more fitness venues have emerged.Just as the development situation of fitness venues is just right,the sudden epidemic in 2019 has pressed the "pause button" for the development of many fitness clubs.Zhongxinxing Fitness Academy is a fitness club that has been recognized by many national institutions,with professional and authoritative courses and coaches,and a stable customer base.In order to deal with similar emergencies with ease in the future development,and to further improve the health club's own management system,the author chose the college to conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis,and used IPA(Importance Performance analysis)analysis method to analyze the results of the questionnaire.Perform analysis.The IPA quadrant chart shows that: the advantage of UTS Fitness Academy is that the courses offered are reasonable,professional,effective,and rich in variety,and the staff have good moral training,and the customer complaints are handled in a timely manner,and customers can often obtain Satisfying result.The content that UTS Fitness Academy needs to continue to maintain includes: the safety of equipment,the quality of service of the staff,and the internal space capacity.The content that can bring additional benefits to Zhongxinhang Fitness Academy includes: the beauty of interior decoration,sanitary conditions,internal supporting facilities,complete variety of sports equipment,and the price of self-funded items.The content that needs to be improved first in the Zhongxinxing Fitness Academy are: the layout of safety facilities and the fluency and coverage of wireless network signals.In view of the current development status of Zhongxinxing Fitness Academy,the author proposes an improvement strategy for it: 1.Optimize the fitness environment and fitness facilities of the Fitness Academy to improve customers' fitness pleasure and comfort.2.Explore the real consumer needs of customers,customize reasonable and diverse price standards,and expand the scope of services of the college.3.Improve the service quality and professionalism of employees,clarify the purpose of the service,and improve the service concept.4.Innovative course content and model Provide personalized teaching services,improve the effectiveness of the course and the fluency of scheduled courses,and enhance the professionalism of coaching.5.Intensify publicity,enrich publicity channels,and cultivate publicity awareness.6.Enhance the unity of perception between managers and customers,and give full play to the college's greatest advantage.7.Improve emergency measures and management systems in the face of emergencies.
