In 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the All-round Development of Students’ Physical and Mental Health",which proposed to "enable students to master one or two sports skills proficiently,and gradually form a " one school,one Brand "and " One School multiple Brands " teaching model Strive to improve the quality of physical education".Construct a scientific and reasonable "One School,One Brand" evaluation mechanism and evaluation system.Under the leadership of the government,the "One School,One Brand" has been promoted rapidly.However,due to the lag in related theoretical research,the evaluation of the development level of "One School,One Brand" is still in the exploratory stage,and there is still a lack of scientifically sound and highly operable "One School".Yipin " evaluation index system.In this context,this article aims to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of " One School,One Brand ",to clarify the goals and ideas of " one school,one Brand ",to correctly guide the development direction of " One School,One Brand ",and to promote the physical and mental health of young people.Fully developed.This article uses the literature method,Delphi method,interview method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics method to study the existing theories and policies.On the basis of consulting many experts,the Yueyang urban elementary school " one school,one Brand " is constructed." Campus sports culture evaluation system,and two schools in Yueyang City were selected to carry out empirical research to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the evaluation index system.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The evaluation index system includes 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.The first-level indicators are: campus sports spiritual culture,campus sports material culture,campus sports system culture.2.The weights of the first-level indicators are: campus sports material culture(0.3452),campus sports system culture(0.3869),campus sports spirit culture(0.2679),of which campus sports system culture accounts for the largest proportion.3.The weights of the secondary indicators are sports facilities(0.1367),sports activities funds(0.1449),sports information dissemination and signs(0.0635),sports organization and management(0.2257),campus sports traditions(0.1612),sports Values(0.1544),sports attitude(0.1135).Among them,sports organization and management have the most weight.The top three weights of the three-level indicators are featured sports venues(0.0783),funding sources for featured sports(0.0659),and sports concepts(0.0609).4.By selecting Dongfanghong Primary School and Dongcheng Primary School as the empirical objects,in order to verify the scientificity and operability of this indicator system.The results show that the two schools have gained some experience in the development of "One School,One Brand",which is mainly reflected in the perfect rules and regulations,school-based curriculum construction,and the enrichment of training teams.The main problems that exist are mainly manifested in:backward and single publicity,emphasis on basketball training and negligence on basketball education,and the inability of hardware facilities to meet actual needs.
