With the victory of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the people's need for a better life is becoming more and more urgent.Basic education is an important livelihood project,and its high-quality development is undoubtedly what the public aspires to.In recent years,the economic development of Xining City has been significantly accelerated.Taking the train of economic development,Xining City has also increased its support and investment in basic educational development,gradually improving the school's hardware and software facilities,and paying particular attention to the construction of the teaching staff.A faculty with reasonable structure,strong stability and high professional quality plays a very important role in the school's running level.Research and analysis of the construction of the teaching staff of ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining City will help to build the teaching staff more scientifically,improve the overall quality of the teaching staff,efficiently manage the teaching staff,and then improve the education and teaching level of ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining City,and increase the public's satisfaction with Xining education.This article uses the literature search method to consult a large number of books and periodicals on authoritative academic websites such as CNKI and the statistics of the Education Bulletin of Xining City in recent years,comprehensively analyzes the research content and trends of the teaching staff of primary and junior high schools at home and abroad,and provides for the research of this article.At the same time,in order to truly and objectively understand the current situation of the construction of the teaching staff of ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining City,the author have visited several ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining City for many times,invited some teachers and school administrators to participate in interviews,and collected first-hand data on the construction of teachers in some ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining City,understand and record the true views of different teachers on the construction of teachers in each school.At the same time,with the help of the Internet,an electronic questionnaire for the construction of the teacher team was distributed to the schools in the education system of Xining City.Through quantitative analysis of questionnaire data and interview records,summarizing the current situation of the construction of the teaching staff of ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining City objectively,it is found that there are some problems in the construction of the teaching staff of ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining.To a certain extent,these problems has restricted the sound development of the construction of the teaching staff of ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining.According to the reasons for the formation of the problems,some countermeasures for the construction of the teaching staff of ordinary primary and junior high schools in Xining City are put forward,in order to provide reference for the education administration department and ordinary primary and junior high schools of Xining City to optimize the construction of the teaching staff.
