The teaching mode of PAD Class emphasizes the principle of "fine teaching and keeping white",and advocates that half of the classroom time be allocated to teachers and half to students to discuss to promote students' internal knowledge.This kind of score can be adjusted according to the academic situation and teaching needs to arrange the various links,in essence,is about the teacher and students classroom sovereignty of the semi-equal division.This model was first applied in college teaching,and then gradually applied to basic education,there appeared a number of research results on the combination of class theory and high school teaching,further promoting the reform of education and teaching,but the research results on the combination of PAD Class and high school history teaching are relatively few,there is still some research space.Under the guidance of the theory of PAD Class,combined with the practice of using the divisional classroom model and the questionnaire survey of the teaching class in high school history teaching,this paper further discusses the implementation strategy of improving the effectiveness of PAD Class teaching.The full text is divided into five parts: the introduction part mainly introduces the research results,the first chapter defines the concept of the PAD Class model,explains the theoretical basis of using the PAD Class teaching model in the high school history classroom,the second chapter takes the students of the third affiliated experimental middle school of Qinghai Normal University as the survey object,analyzes the practical effect and existing problems of the PAD Class teaching model in the high school history teaching,and the third chapter from the promotion of teacher-student interaction,student interaction,student active construction knowledge,The four aspects of cultivating the ability to solve historical problems discuss the implementation strategy of improving the effectiveness of teaching in the PAD Class,and the fourth chapter presents the practical analysis and reflection on the application of the teaching mode of the divisional classroom through the concrete teaching cases,hoping to provide useful reference for the teachers who intend to adopt the teaching mode of the divisional classroom teaching in the future.The PAD Class teaching model should promote students' "learning" through teachers' "teaching" in the classroom,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers and students.Specific performance in two aspects,first of all,for teachers their professional knowledge level,questioning level and the reasonable layout of homework after class have a direct impact on teaching effect,and secondly,for students,stimulating learning initiative,changing the inherent thinking habits and cultivating problem-solving ability is a gradual process,it is difficult to judge the learning effect by the change of achievement in the short term,and more scientific assessment is needed.Therefore,teachers need to constantly strengthen their professionalism,combined with teaching practice to reflect,guide students to build a knowledge system,improve the ability to solve problems.Students should also change their learning style,actively participate in classroom discussions,and actively think to develop their metacognitive abilities,strengthen their understanding and transfer of knowledge to specific problems.
