Long jump is a kind of sport in which the body can jump the furthest distance by using appropriate movements and air posture after obtaining a certain speed in the run-up to a certain distance.It is one of the important physical education teaching contents in high school.The long jump consists of four links: running up,taking off,taking off and landing.According to the different air posture,it can be divided into squatting,upright and walking long jump.In the physical education teaching of middle school,because of the physiological factors of middle school students,the long jump is mainly taught squat long jump.Agile circles combined with special technology action to practice the long jump,according to the problems of students,by combining the agile circle induced practice to enhance students step of suspension technology,improve neuromuscular control ability,maintain his point of view,so as to promote high school students a short period of time for learning and squat type broad-jump ju long jump performance improvement.With the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper takes 76 students in Grade Two of No.916 Middle School in Anqing City as experimental objects,designs a set of induction exercises combining agile circle with long jump based on the physical and mental development law of middle school students,and takes 38 students in Grade Two(11)as experimental group and 38 students in Grade Two(2)as control group.Comparing and analyzing the data before and after the experiment and the technical evaluation results between the experimental group and the control group,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The parallel agile circle is helpful to the practice of run-up rhythm.The parallel agile circle cultivates the take-off ability in the take-off stage,and the parallel agile circle cultivates the consciousness of active leg extension in the takeoff and landing stages.(2)In the first two classes of long jump teaching,low agility circle exercises are arranged to increase the stability of run-up and the accuracy of pedals;In the middle two classes,agile circle exercises with a certain height and distance are arranged to improve students' height and cultivate students' consciousness of active leg extension before landing;In the last two classes,the middle distance run-up is arranged,and the students fall into the bunker after the jump circle,so as to promote the full extension of the body in the takeoff stage,and improve the technical movement coherence of the middle school students in all aspects of the long jump.Leaping over the agile circle of different heights can promote the students to lift their thighs forward and improve their quick take-off ability.(3)Agile circle induction practice and traditional practice have significantly improved the long jump performance of middle school students.Agile circle induction practice can promote middle school students' learning of squatting long jump technology,which is more significant for improving students' long jump performance.It can effectively promote the development of middle school students' long jump class and the improvement of teaching quality.(4)Agile circle induction practice can stimulate students' interest in learning squat long jump,and is more active in learning squat long jump.At the same time,agile circle increases the interest of practice and diversification of practice methods,which is easier for students to accept.
