The ancients said," Learning comes from thinking,thinking from doubt,and questioning." The "doubt" here refers to the students’ doubts,on the one hand,through their own "question" to solve the "doubt ",on the other hand,through the teacher’s " question " to solve the students’ " doubt ".It can be seen that teachers’ questions have played a vital role in the classroom since ancient times.Students can improve their knowledge and answer their doubts through teachers’ effective questions.Through effective questioning,teachers arouse students’ interest in learning and enlighten students’ thinking.This paper takes the effective question of mathematics number and algebra as the research theme,and adopts four research methods: literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and classroom observation.First of all,this paper probes into the relevant concepts of effective teaching,analyzes the theoretical basis of effective teaching and the characteristics of effective teaching,and closely combines the existing literature on the standard of effective questioning with the content of "number and algebra" in primary school mathematics.Put forward the standard of effective questioning.Secondly,through the field investigation to L primary school in J city,the questionnaire,the in-depth interview and the class attendance,fully understand the current elementary school mathematics "number and algebra" classroom questioning situation,and through the later collation of data,Use chart to sum up the current situation of school mathematics "number and algebra" classroom questioning.Thirdly,combined with the concrete lesson examples,this paper analyzes the problems of blindly pursuing the diversity of algorithms in addition operation teaching,the preliminary understanding of scores is not properly combined with mathematical historical materials,and collates and classifies the existing problems.Finally,according to the reason analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy from the three dimensions of knowledge point,design point and balance point,taking knowledge point as the basis to promote teachers’ understanding of "decimal value system" and to carry out thinking classroom,starting from the design sense of the problem,design the problem that can cause the students to study after class,and grasp the balance between calculation and algorithm,concrete and abstract,etc.This paper analyzes the effective questions of "number and algebra" in primary school mathematics,and puts forward the optimization strategy for the effective questions of primary school mathematics teachers in mathematics classroom.It is of practical significance for primary school mathematics teachers to ask questions effectively in the future teaching process.
