Big data,virtual reality,supercomputing,Internet of things and other technologies have profoundly changed the economic and social development and people’s daily life.The emergence and use of various technologies have also promoted the in-depth development of China’s education informatization.Since IBM put forward the concept of "smart earth" in 2008,the word "smart education" has also emerged and become an important part of education informatization and the future development direction.Teachers,as a key element in the implementation of smart education,should be transformed into smart teachers.How to promote the transformation of primary and secondary school teachers to intelligent teachers,improve the teaching effect,efficiency and efficiency,and cultivate a new generation of talents with scientific and technological innovation concept and practical ability is an important topic in the field of teachers’ professional development.So,what is the level of intelligent education in primary and secondary schools at this stage? How far are teachers from intelligent teachers? How should primary and secondary school teachers transform to intelligent teachers? These are the problems that the education administrative departments,scientific research institutions and front-line teachers pay attention to and need to solve.This research mainly adopts the content analysis method,takes the primary and secondary school information technology teachers as the research object,starts from the teacher’s entries,through the quantitative analysis of the teaching video course,teaching design and other data,digs the current situation of Xinjiang primary and secondary school information technology classroom teaching from behind the invisible data,and then works with the evaluation rubric of intelligent education level developed by Professor Zhu zhiting’s team By contrast,we can measure the gap between the intelligent education,the gap between the primary and secondary school teachers and the intelligent teachers in Xinjiang,and explore a path and strategy conducive to the development of teachers to the intelligent teachers,so as to better improve the classroom teaching quality in Xinjiang primary and secondary schools.This study mainly discusses the following aspects in detail:The first part,research background,research design,research review and theoretical basis.In the introduction part,it mainly expounds the research background,research origin and research significance,and determines the research methods and research ideas according to the research object and research content.In Chapter 2,it mainly combs the current situation of intelligent education at home and abroad and teachers’ professional development at home and abroad,defines the core concepts in this study,and expounds and explains the theoretical basis supporting this study.The second part is the detailed analysis of teachers’ works.In Chapter 3,according to the intelligent education level evaluation rubric 2.0 developed by Professor Zhu zhiting’s team,the content analysis category table is determined.From six dimensions of accuracy,personality,coordination,exploration,thinking and creation,the teaching video course and teaching design are coded to understand the current situation of classroom teaching of information technology course in Xinjiang primary and secondary schools,as well as the teaching water of information technology teachers in Xinjiang primary and secondary schools Ping.The third part puts forward the path and effective strategy of the transformation from teachers to intelligent teachers.On the basis of the content analysis of Chapter 3,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the information technology classroom teaching in Xinjiang primary and secondary schools at this stage,and the problems existing in the information technology teachers in Xinjiang primary and secondary schools.Combined with practical experience and theoretical support,it respectively puts forward effective strategies and feasible suggestions for the transformation of teachers to intelligent teachers from five aspects.The fourth part,summary and prospect.In the end,the author summarizes and summarizes the achievements,research characteristics and innovation of this study,and makes an objective survey of the deficiencies in the study,and clarifies the direction of further research. |
