Classroom-management plays an important in maintaining classroom order and ensuring teaching quality,therefore,its status in the process of Chinese-teaching should not be underestimated.CPIK(Chinese Program in Korea)is the most representative Chinese volunteer Program in South Korea.Every year,many of volunteers to participate in it,teaching in different types of schools or educational institutions.However,due to the lack of experience of volunteer teachers,there are often problems in classroom management.Improving efficacy of the classroom management has become an urgent problem to be solved by volunteers of Chinese teachers.This thesis builds on the Chinese learners in three public high schools in Seoul,South Korea.To explore how to effectively carry out Chinese classroom-management through observing the classroom and questionnaire.First of all,in order to have a preliminary understanding about Chinese classroom-management in Korean high schools,i used classroom observations and questionnaire;Then,through the analysis of eight relevant cases of classroom management,summarize the current problems in Chinese classroom management and putt forward relevant suggestions.The investigation found that the problems of Chinese classroom-management in Korean high schools are mainly manifested in two aspects: teachers and students.Teachers' problems include poor language communication,insufficient teaching experience,and insufficient cooperation among teachers.The problems of students include the influence of subjective factors like attitude and personality,and the influence of objective factors like family conditions and learning atmosphere.There are two ways to solve the problem: 1.As for teachers,they should improve their management level and professional knowledge,improve foreign language proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills,strengthen cooperative teaching,take into account students' commonality and individuality,and focus on the positive role of game teaching;2)For students,teachers should increase students' interest in learning by creating a lively and interesting learning environment,help students build a good learning attitude,and establish clear learning goals.Simultaneously,teachers should urge schools to attach importance to Chinese lessons,motivate students to,provide students with a good learning environment.
