The National Teacher Qualification Examination,as an important test to examine the level of teachers' professional quality of applicants,plays an important role in the selection of high-quality teachers.The consistency of the test question and the corresponding test outline has an important influence on the reliability and validity of the test question.If there is a low degree of consistency between the teacher qualification examination questions and the corresponding test outline,the guiding effect of the syllabus will be reduced and the stability and selection of the teacher qualification examination questions will be adversely affected.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the degree of consistency between the national teacher qualification examination questions and the corresponding syllabus.Consistency analysis of this study on the analysis of the research tools and research achievements of previous scholars,based on the analytical paradigm determine conformance with the SEC as a research tool,by building a two-dimensional matrix coding framework,about 2014 to 2019,the chemistry subject knowledge and teaching ability(high school)test and chemical subject knowledge and teaching abilities(high school)exam outline the consistency of the quantitative analysis.In addition,the Analytic hierarchy process method is adopted to qualitatively analyze the exam questions and syllabus of "Chemistry Subject Knowledge and Teaching Ability"(high school)from 2014 to 2019 from multiple perspectives by constructing the three-level institution code.The content of each chapter is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.Based on the analysis of a large number of consistency research and teacher qualification examination literature,the present research situation at home and abroad is elaborated in detail,and the research methods and ideas are determined.The second chapter is the definition of core concepts and theoretical basis.This chapter clearly defines the core concepts such as consistency and teacher qualification examination,and introduces the theoretical basis of this study in detail.The third chapter is the consistency analysis of exam questions and syllabus based on SEC model.Based on the consistency analysis paradigm of SEC,this chapter constructs two-dimensional matrix to code,and then analyzes the consistency of exam questions and the exam outline in the last six years.The fourth chapter is the consistency analysis of exam questions and the exam outline based on analytic hierarchy process.In this chapter,the consistency analysis of exam questions and the exam outline in recent six years is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process,and the results of SEC consistency analysis are supplemented from different perspectives.The fifth chapter is the survey of the consistency between the test questions and the outline based on questionnaire and interview.Through the form of questionnaire survey and interview,we understand the views and views of the current teacher qualification examination candidates and in-service teachers on the teacher qualification examination.The sixth chapter is to improve the suggestions of the national teacher qualification examination.Based on the results of consistency analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey,this chapter puts forward the relevant suggestions and opinions from the examination outline level,the examination question design level and the examinee preparation level.The seventh chapter is the research conclusion and reflection.This chapter elaborates the research conclusion,and reflects on and looks forward to the research content and method of this research.Conclusion is obtained by the SEC consistency analysis:from 2014 to 2019,the chemical subject knowledge and teaching abilities(high school)potter consistency coefficient of test questions and examination outline below 95%level potter reference consistency coefficient,but the analysis of the 12 sets of the examination and test of the consistency level is relatively stable,good overall performance,including the second half of 2018 test questions and examination of the highest level of consistency,the consistency of the second half of 2019 test questions and examination outline level is the lowest.According to the results of the analytic hierarchy process,there is a certain difference in the proportion of content and topic scores between the exam questions of Chemistry Subject Knowledge and Teaching Ability(high school)from 2014 to 2019 and those in the exam outline.In addition,in order to understand the views and opinions of teacher qualification examination candidates and in-service teachers on teacher qualification examination,this study also carried out questionnaire survey and interview survey.Based on the above research conclusions,this study puts forward suggestions on improving the national teacher qualification examination from the aspects of exam outline,proposition and preparation,and finally gives reflections and prospects.In general,this study is of great significance for promoting the improvement of consistency analysis tools,testing the test quality of Chemistry Subject Knowledge and Teaching Ability(high school),and improving the exam outline.
