The integration of teaching evaluation has become a hot issue for teachers and researchers since the release of "general high school chemistry curriculum standard(2017 Edition)".In order to study the current situation of the integration of teaching evaluation,this paper develops the evaluation scale of the integration of teaching evaluation,and analyzes 30 teaching videos selected from national education resources public service platform,so as to research the teaching performance on the current situation of integration.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research content,research ideas and methods,and research significance.The second part is the theoretical research,which briefly describes the current research status of the integration of teaching evaluation.The third part is the compilation and analysis of the survey tools,that is,the compilation of the evaluation scale,and the revision of the evaluation scale.The fourth part analyzes the teacher's performance on integration of teaching evaluation and makes a background variable difference analysis.The fifth part is the promotion strategy.The sixth part is the research conclusion,deficiency and prospect.The specific conclusions of this study are as follows:On the whole,the 30 teaching videos all can get good reviews on the integration of teaching evaluation,which can reflect the level of excellent teachers.There are different performances in different modules,and the performance of instructional design module is better than that of teaching activities and teaching evaluation module.In the teaching design,almost every teacher can choose the most suitable teaching content according to the teaching materials.Most of the teachers' teaching tasks can give full play to the students' initiative and can be carried out.There is a big room for improvement in the design of teaching objectives and evaluation objectives.In the design of teaching objectives,more attention should be paid to curriculum standards and core literacy,rather than just knowledge points.Evaluation goal is a lack of many teaching design projects,which can reflect that teachers' evaluation consciousness needs to be improved.In addition,the consistency of teaching goal evaluation goal teaching task evaluation task also has room for further improvement.In the teaching activities,most of teachers can achieve clear links,natural convergence and appropriate time allocation,but they usually have some deviations from teaching design,and the deviation of evaluation is even greater,The consistency of classroom evaluation and presupposition evaluation is relatively low.In addition,in teaching activities,"the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation in each link"means that the integration of teaching learning and evaluation is good on the whole.At the level of students' learning,students' participation in learning and learning effect are very good,and students' learning is related to the consistency of teachers'teaching,students' learning and classroom evaluation in each link of the teaching process.In teaching evaluation,there are many times of evaluation.It can be seen that teachers have evaluation when they ask questions,and the evaluation is timely.The evaluation content and evaluation method are more urgent to improve.The evaluation method is often single and the evaluation content is limited,which can not meet the needs of daily chemical evaluation.Through the research,The degree of consistency between review class and teaching design is relatively higher,but the consistency of teaching evaluation in each link is not significantly higher than that of new teaching,that is,the integration level of teaching evaluation is not higher.Teachers from the provinces which had entered the new college entrance examination often perform better in the teaching evaluation part,but the "consistency of teaching evaluation in all links",that is,the integration degree of teaching evaluation is not higher.Teachers' gender can not significantly affect the integration of teaching evaluation.The national-level excellent courses perform better in teaching design,teaching activities,teaching evaluation and students' learning.Therefore,in order to better implement the concept of integration of teaching evaluation,it is suggested that the education authorities should carry out the training activities of teaching design about the consistency of teaching evaluation,and carry out the training of teaching practice.It is suggested that teachers should improve their evaluation consciousness,strengthen daily evaluation and implement teaching design.
