In January 2018,the 2017 version of Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for ordinary high schools was officially promulgated,and the new high school ideological and political textbooks(Simply called "new teaching material")based on this version of curriculum standard were gradually put into use in all provinces and cities of China in September 2019.Compared with the past,the content and teaching requirements of the new textbook have been adjusted.In this paper,the compulsory 1"socialism with Chinese characteristics" as an example,in-depth analysis of the new teaching materials to teachers' teaching challenges,and put forward the countermeasures when high school ideological and political teachers use the new teaching materials for teaching.In addition to the introduction,the main content of this paper consists of three parts.The first part introduces the meaning and content of the new textbook,summarizes the characteristics of the new textbook,and analyzes the significance of the implementation of the new textbook.The second part takes the compulsory 1 "socialism with Chinese characteristics" as an example,analyzes the challenges brought by the new ideological and political textbooks to teachers' teaching from three aspects.In the aspect of pre class preparation,the development of teachers' reference curriculum resources is less,the workload of studying new textbooks is more,and the reserve of professional knowledge is insufficient;In the actual classroom teaching,the module teaching time is short,the task is heavy,the teaching experience of comprehensive inquiry activities is less,the implementation of the subject core literacy is difficult,and the transformation from textbook discourse to teaching discourse is difficult;There are also some problems in the extension after class,such as the great change of students' evaluation methods and the doubt of the practicality of teaching materials.In the third part,based on the analysis of the challenges brought by the new teaching materials,the author puts forward the Countermeasures for teachers to use the new teaching materials.Teachers should adjust their mentality,deeply study the new teaching materials,improve their teaching level and establish an evaluation mechanism to improve students' learning enthusiasm.
