| The teaching mode under the guidance of the guided learning plan is a relatively new teaching mode,which is different from the traditional teaching mode which focuses on the teacher’s teaching.The guided learning plan teaching pays more attention to the student’s learning,and the teacher guides the students to prepare independently before class and cooperate in the class,and review after class to cultivate students’ self-study ability.This teaching mode has brought great changes to our classroom teaching,and it truly reflects the main body status of students in the classroom and pays attention to the development of students.At present,the teaching of instructional plans is widely used in middle and high schools,but the current status of its application in primary schools remains to be studied.This paper expounds the research significance of the teaching model of the guided-learning plan,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods by consulting the literature,and selects the fourth-grade teachers and students of Optics Valley Tangxunhu School in Wuhan as the survey objects,using questionnaire surveys and interviews From the four aspects of teachers’ and students’ understanding and attitudes towards the guided-learning plan,the preparation of the guided-learning plan,the use of the guided-learning plan,and the use effect of the guided-learning plan,research on the current situation of the application of the guidance plan in the middle section of the elementary school mathematics teaching.The statistical results of the survey show that most teachers and students agree with the teaching model of "study plan guided learning",and most students are highly satisfied with the guided learning plan,and are also willing to use the guided learning plan as a self-learning program.tool,The study guide can not only assist teachers in teaching and promote teachers’ growth,but also enhance students’ interest in learning,academic performance,and cultivate students’learning habits and learning capabilities.It can be seen that the guided-learning plan teaching model is effective and feasible,and meets the needs of students’ overall development in the context of the new era of curriculum reform.Regarding the problems in the process of teaching and applying the mathematics guidance plan in the middle section of the elementary school,the author combined his own teaching practice and certain theoretical research to conduct research and analysis on it,and put forward corresponding suggestions.The reform of teaching mode provides a certain reference,and also provides reference for other teachers to study the application of the guidance plan. |
