The Youth Research Center has done a survey in China,and the results show that nearly 70% of students show different degrees of boredom,which also shows that boredom is common among students.Boredom is a prominent and widespread psychological problem of learning among secondary school students.Secondary school students are generally in the age of 12-18 years old,the physical and psychological development of adolescent children is rapid,personality is also gradually formed,for the external temptation and influence tolerance is very low,these factors will lead to secondary school students produce large emotional fluctuations,in bearing the pressure of learning,but can not be relieved,it will make them have a negative attitude towards learning,and then lead to the loss of interest in learning,and even refuse to learn and other The problem of boredom.In secondary school career,the problem of boredom brings considerable attention and many related social problems,and this series of conditions are universal and serious,which has drawn the attention of many people to this problem,and this problem also deserves to be discussed and studied in depth.The object of this study is eight secondary school students who were averse to school in K middle school,and the data are collected by literature research method,questionnaire method and participant observation method.Firstly,we analyze from the perspective of social work,and use the questionnaire to obtain relevant information to show the performance of boredom among secondary school students,and then investigate the main causes of boredom problem,and then make a comprehensive analysis of the causes of boredom among secondary school students.Secondly,we analyzed the needs of the research subjects based on the investigated causes of the aversion problem.Since this study is based on social learning theory,the analysis of the needs of the aversive secondary school students is conducted mainly for the individuals themselves.Further,the intervention was carried out through group work method,and six group service activities were carried out,mainly on building trusting relationship,writing down growth stories,merit big bombing,making study plan,volunteering and sharing study skills,through which six activities could alleviate the secondary school students' bad in learning,and step by step help the secondary school students change their misconceptions and bad habits,so that they can correctly understand themselves and establish a positive view of learning.By exploring their potential and giving full play to their strengths,the group members' self-confidence is constantly enhanced and their sense of self-efficacy is gradually improved.The continuous bonding and familiarity in the group can strengthen the group members' sense of identity and belonging to the group,which can not only develop their interpersonal skills but also enhance their learning ability.In addition,the group's goals were basically achieved and the group members were highly satisfied with the group activities.Finally,through the evaluation of the whole service process and experimental results,we summarize and reflect on the advantages and limitations of group work in the practice of alleviating secondary school students' boredom,with the aim of providing some lessons for future research on social work interventions in secondary school students' boredom.
