At this stage,school education mainly uses standard tests to obtain student scores,and divides students into different levels based on the scores obtained,with more emphasis on summative evaluation.New Era Education emphasizes strengthening the process evaluation and value-added evaluation of school education,and continuously optimizes the methods of education evaluation.Cognitive diagnosis theory is a product of the combination of psychometrics and cognitive psychology,which helps to scientifically and accurately understand students' psychological micro-features and cognitive processing processes and mechanisms.Based on the theory of cognitive diagnosis,this article explores the cognitive processing,mechanism and mastery of high school students' learning of electrostatic fields.Through combing the literature,we classified more than ten commonly used cognitive diagnosis models.Because the DINA model has the characteristics of simplicity and high accuracy,the DINA model is used to carry out the electrostatic field cognitive diagnosis test research;secondly,pass Using online research,expert consultation,and asking first-line teachers to share valuable experience,the six basic cognitive attributes of electrostatic field learning and their hierarchical structure have been clarified;thirdly,the Q matrix based on the test has high reliability,moderate difficulty,and high discrimination.Good and reliable test papers with project parameters up to standard and carry out test diagnosis.The test papers contain 18 questions.The test subjects are 275 students in 5 classes in the second grade of a school in Xi'an.Finally,the effective data of the diagnostic test is carried out.Sorting out and analyzing,for all subjects,(1)get all subjects' scores on electrostatic field content,and judge the overall mastery;(2)get all subjects' mastery probability on each cognitive attribute It also compares and analyzes the mastery probability of each cognitive attribute in classes of different levels to prepare for hierarchical teaching;(3)The maximum a posteriori estimation algorithm(MAP)can be used to master the attributes of all subjects Pattern recognition and classification help analyze students' thinking logic.For a single participant,a case analysis is conducted,including analysis of the response status and the probability of attribute mastery,etc.,and a learning path is proposed to help students conduct remedial learning more efficiently.The research results show that:First,electrostatic field content learning has six basic cognitive attributes.The attributes are "the basic concept and properties of electric charge","the concept and properties of electric field","attributes of electric field force","attributes of electric field energy","image problems in electric field" and "movement of charged particles in electric field.".Second,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the learning and mastering of part of the electrostatic field for all subjects.From the point of view of the scores of all subjects,the average score of all subjects is 10.4(the full score of the test paper is 18).The students' answers to items 6,9,17,and 18 are not very satisfactory,and there is a lot of room for improvement;From the attribute mastery of all subjects,it is known that the cognitive attributes of attributes A5 and A6 in terms of "processing skills" are not ideal.Among them,attribute A6 has the lowest probability of mastering only 59%.Third,the way most students think and solve specific problems is in line with scientific logic.In this study,the maximum a posteriori estimation algorithm(MAP)was used to identify and classify the response patterns of all 270 subjects.It was found that the attribute mastery patterns of 220 subjects were classified into the ideal mastery patterns,and the inclusion rate was 81.5%.Among them,the attribute mastering mode is(111111)the most,accounting for 44.4%,and the attribute mastering mode is(111000)the least,accounting for 1.9%.Fourth,strengthen process evaluation and proliferation evaluation in school education,and focus on the development of overall hierarchical teaching and personalized remedial teaching.Cognitive diagnostic tools can not only diagnose all subjects,but also diagnose and evaluate individual subjects,provide help for teachers to guide students in an individualized manner,and also promote efficient growth of students.
