Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,with the development of society,people pay more and more attention to education.With the continuous advancement of the quality education and the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform,people have put forward higher requirements for the teachers,especially for the headteachers,which requires the headteachers to invest more time and energy in their work.In addition,a large number of young teachers have been injected into the teaching team,schools need to provide better opportunities and platforms for the cultivation and growth of young headteachers.All kinds of practical needs make the management system of "double headteachers" in A school in H city arises.It is not the negation of the traditional class management,but the reform and innovation based on the traditional class management system.This paper mainly adopts the method of narrative research to discuss the characteristic class management mode of A school in H city,besides I’m a headteacher of A school in H city.The main source of the research materials in this paper is the real educational life of the teachers,students,and even school leaders of A school in H city.Under the system of "double headteachers",some incidents happened to me or my colleagues are vividly described,and various incidents are explained and analyzed.Through the analysis of a large number of original materials,a clear narrative clue is sorted out:In the introduction part,starting from the origin of the research,mainly discusses the research significance and practical value of the narrative research on the "double headteachers" management,combs and summarizes the existing literature,determines the research methods and ideas,and defines the relevant core concepts.The body part,first of all,is the initial understanding of the management of the "double headteachers".From the restoration of the real scene of the day when the "double headteachers" management system was met,to the disclosure of the origin of the system,and then to the guarantee of the implementation of the system,the system of the "double headteachers" management was explained and analyzed in detail through a large number of three-dimensional events.Secondly,the paper discusses the education life under the "double headteachers" management system.It narrates and studies the daily management of "double headteachers" in detail from three different perspectives: school,teacher and student.By listening to their inner voice,observing and analyzing their educational behavior,it summarizes the experience and advantages of the "double headteachers" management system,and then explore the significance of the "double headteachers" system for the school,teachers and students.The last part of the paper is the reflection of the management system of "double headteachers".Through the narration of the education management life of A school in H city.On one hand the paper discusses the problems of the management system of "double headteachers" from the cooperation of the two headteachers,the adaptation and dependence of "double headteachers" and the combination of "double headteachers".On the other hand,it puts forward the corresponding suggestions for these difficulties and doubts in order to improve the management system of "double headteachers".
