Today's international competition is about the competition of science and technology and talents.In order to meet the needs of personnel training in the new era,China has carried out a new round of education system reform.With the steady progress of the reform of the college entrance examination in China,middle schools around the country began to pay more and more attention to the development of career planning courses.They hope to improve the comprehensive ability of middle school students' academic planning and career planning through this course,so as to help students realize personalized growth.However,on the one hand,the high school career curriculum is expected in the reform of college entrance examination;on the other hand,China's information education has not been fully popularized after the rapid growth in recent years.lt leads to the lack of information teaching resources suitable for high school career planning course.Career planning course inspires students to know themselves,cognitive environment,combined with their own interests and social needs,reasonable learning planning and career planning.The supporting and abundant information teaching resources can improve the students'learning efficiency and give full play to their initiative and creativity.Therefore,the design and development of information resources for high school career planning course is a very practical topic.This paper is based on the theory of constructivism teaching,educational communication theory and career development.Through literature research,student questionnaire survey and teacher interviews,this paper makes a preliminary analysis.The preliminary analysis deeply understands the students' needs,combs the problems of emphasizing theory and practice in the current curriculum,and clarifying the curriculum objectives and contents.According to the analysis results,the design and development of information-based teaching resources for high school career planning course,including micro lesson video,mind map and so on.At the same time,the crawler technology,text summary algorithm and text emotion analysis algorithm are used to develop the career planning development materials.As a supplement to the knowledge in class,they encourage students to explore independently according to the expanded materials.In order to make students more convenient and effective use of information-based teaching resources,a teaching platform based on wechat applet is designed and developed.The systematic information teaching resources and information teaching platform can improve the teaching efficiency,stimulate students' interest and help students realize personalized learning.In this paper,the design and development of information teaching resources of high school career planning course are studied.They are helpful for students to broaden their horizons and have a more comprehensive understanding of self and society.They also help students master self planning methods and complete personalized learning and career planning,so as to realize the informationization of personnel training.
