The core accomplishment is one of the important is one of the important links deepening the reform of basic education,Cultivation students’ ability to solve problems in real life situations is one of the values of core of core literacy.“Design-Application”Learning is closely related to people,society and life,so that student art can be really applied to life,The core accomplishment of art subject standard includes five aspects:image reading,artistic expression,aesthetic judgment,creative practice culture understanding.In this paper,the specific connotation of the junior high school art “design-application”to fully explore the art core literacy goals,In the teaching practice operation link to give sufficient design and production time in the process of evaluation and communication gradually develop the attitude of respecting the world multiculturalism.The thesis focuses on the core accomplishment and the teaching strategy in the field of design-application of junior high school art,which is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes and analyzes the basis,purpose and significance of this thesis,and the current research situation at home and abroad;The second part defines the core accomplishment and the domain of design-application,and the new curriculum standard interprets the domain;The third part analyzes the present teaching situation in the field of “design-application”from three angles:the fourth part focuses on the unit teaching strategy from the perspective of content evaluation;the fifth part studies the concrete teaching example of 《 Book Collection Ticket 》 and 《 Folk Crafts》;the sixth part looks forward to the development of“Design-Application”teaching strategy under the background of core accomplishment.
