| In 1952,uneven bars were included in the Olympic Games,becoming one of the four events in women's gymnastics.As a skill-dominated category,performing,difficulty and beauty project group,"difficulty,innovation,strength,stability,beauty and wisdom" are the key to win the competition,among which "innovation" is the soul to promote the development of uneven bars.Since the 1980 s,China has achieved a lot of excellent results on uneven bars because of its constant emphasis on "movement innovation",and has become the leader in the development of uneven bars technology in the world for a time.In recent years,the innovation ability of uneven bars in China has been weakened.Compared with the powerful countries in uneven bars,the quantity,quality and speed of movement innovation have gradually decreased.There is a lack of theoretical research on uneven bars innovation,and the gap between the level of domestic and foreign athletes is narrowing.Therefore,promoting China's uneven bars to achieve new breakthroughs,to a new stage,to achieve new development,has become the primary task of the sustainable development of uneven bars.It is also the direction of scientific research to systematically explore the innovation of uneven bars.This article uses the literature material method,expert interview method,video observation,mathematical statistics,inductive reasoning and historical research to study Olympic uneven bars movements innovation characteristics.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Gymnastics rules point out the direction for the innovation of uneven bars movements,and uneven bars instruments provide conditions for the innovation of uneven bars movements.The reform and continuous improvement of rules and instruments promote the development of the innovation of uneven bars movements.In the short term,the difficulty innovation of uneven barsmovements is faced with challenges.In the future,athletes will attack the high difficulty of group H.(2)The innovation trend of uneven bars movement type has experienced the innovation development from upper bar class,bar change class,to lower bar class,same bar flying class,loop class,and then back to "same bar flying class".In the future,"difficult innovation" will be the main form of uneven bars movement innovation.(3)There are three stages of uneven bar movement innovation,from "high-speed innovation" from 1950 s to 1970 s,to "steady innovation" from 1970 s to1990s,and then to "low-speed innovation" after the 21 st century.In the short term,the innovation speed of uneven bars will be characterized by "low speed and small amount".(4)Uneven bars movement structure has experienced the development from "single element" to "double element" and then to "multi-element",and currently the innovation of "multi-element structure movement" is given priority to.(5)People's appreciation of uneven bars movement art has gradually shifted from the "body beauty" of movements to the "difficulty beauty" of skill to the "arrangement beauty" of complete sets,and the number of uneven bars connection has returned from the continuous development of one after another,three after another,four after another,five after another and six after another to the arrangement of "one after another" movements.(6)The external factors that affect the innovation and development of uneven bars include rule guidance,venue equipment,training conditions and environment,the increasingly fierce international competition pressure,the development of sports science and technology and the incentive of policies,and the internal factors include the individual conditions of athletes and the individual abilities of coaches.(7)In the future,in the innovative development of uneven bars in China,ensure that D score is the bottom line,and improve E score is the guarantee.Give full play to China's twisting movements,integrate them with the international innovation trend of "do a lot of somersaults",create a novel arrangement style integrating Chinese and American elements,and lead the world uneven bars innovation trend. |
