In the 21st century,the ability of interpersonal communication is listed as one of the five core abilities that talents should possess.my country's educatio n field also agrees with this view,so cultivating students' social communication skills and establishing harmonious interpersonal relationships has always been o ne of the goals of my country's education.Due to social,school,family and s elf reasons,many high school students now have certain social barriers.Theref ore,how to improve the interpersonal skills of high school students has always been a hot issue of social concern.As an important part of school sports,the s ports club is an important carrier of the second classroom of school sports.It has played a key role in improving the content of sports teaching and enrichin g the sports culture of campus.At the same time,it breaks the boundaries betw een classes and grades and makes different Of students participate in the activi ties and make new friends in the activities,which has a positive meaning for i mproving interpersonal skills.This article uses questionnaire survey method,scale method,mathematical sta tistics method,case study method and other research methods.Taking Jiangyin Senior Middle School Sports Association's ability to communicate with high sc hool students as the research object,it analyzes and explores the various dimens ions of sports associations' ability to communicate with high school students.I nfluence,and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of h igh school sports clubs and the improvement of the interpersonal skills of high school students.The results of the study are as follows:1.Jiangyin Senior Middle School's sports clubs are well developed.At least two club activities are carried out every month.Each activity time is between 30-61 minutes.The projects carried out are mainly traditional sports.The source of the club funds is the school funding.2.Nearly 75%of Jiangyin Senior High School's first-year and second-year students are good at communication.3.There is a significant difference in the interpersonal communication abil ity between members of sports clubs and members of non-sports clubs(p=0.014<0.05),and there is no significant difference in other dimensions(p>0.05).4.There is no significant difference in the interpersonal communication ability of sports club members of different grades in all dimensions(p>0.05);in terms of gender,there are only very significant differences in the heterosexual communication dimension(p=0.005<0.01),others There is no significant difference in all dimensions(p>0.05).5.The development time of each sports club has no significant difference in all dimensions of the interpersonal ability of high school students(p>0.05);in terms of the frequency of sports club development,it is related to the conversation dimension(p=0.018)and the communication dimension(p=0.012).),the dimensions of treating people(p=0.040)have significant differences(p<0.05),and there are very significant differences in the total score(p=0.008<0.01).6.There is a significant difference in the total score of the number of sports clubs(p=0.027<0.05);there is a significant difference in the form of activity in the dimension of heterosexual interaction(p=0.012<0.05);the intensity of exercise is very significant in the dimension of heterosexual interaction Sexual difference(p=0.005<0.01).7.ways to improve interpersonal skills through sports associations:1)Ca rry out a variety of sports community activities,Expand the student communic ation platform;2)adds to sports associations' resource allocation,Reasonable c ontrol of the teacher-student ratio;3)enriches the way of sports community activities,Promote mutual communication between students;4)reasonably incre ases the time of activity frequency,Scientific control of the movement load;5)students are active in sports societies,Promote physical and mental health;6)strengthens the community management and supervision,Improve the construct ion of sports associations.
