The application of classroom observation method in junior middle school mathematics teaching has a strong research value,and is an indispensable and important way in the process of teaching theory practice,with a very obvious role in promoting.Through the use of classroom observation,teachers can analyze and reflect on teaching from different perspectives,and understand students' learning situation from a deeper level,so that teachers can better grasp the progress of classroom teaching and lay a solid foundation for improving teaching quality.However,in the actual teaching process,there are still some problems,such as low degree of promotion and unskilled use,which need further study.Based on the method of literature research,this paper makes a deep and simple analysis on the research of classroom observation at home and abroad,and defines the concept,theoretical basis and application program of mathematics classroom observation.By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper selects the junior middle school mathematics teachers in a county of a city of Shanxi Province as the survey object,and makes an investigation from the four dimensions of cognition,attitude,observation tools,observation methods and means to understand the current situation of the application of classroom observation method for junior middle school mathematics teachers.At the same time,according to the survey results,12 teachers are interviewed,and four current classroom observations are analyzed The problems in the current situation of the application of classroom observation are as follows: inadequate understanding of classroom observation,lack of corresponding classroom observation and evaluation tools,single traditional methods and means of classroom observation,and imperfect external support and guarantee system of classroom observation.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the application of classroom observation in junior high school mathematics,including improving the application awareness of classroom observation through linkage,systematically improving the application mechanism of classroom observation,integrating the corresponding technology of classroom observation,and cooperating to improve the application system of classroom observation,which provides some references for further research on the application of classroom observation to learn or inspire.
