Xi Jinping’s View On Young Talents And Self-education Of Contemporary College Students Research

Since the eighteen Party Congress,Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to youth work,and has raised ardently expectations for the growth and development of young people,thus forming a scientific and systematic view of young talents.This is the standard of young talents in the new era,prompting the contemporary college students to consciously connect with the requirements of Xi Jinping’s view of young talents through active self-education.Starting from the basic qualities that young people should possess,Xi Jinping’s youth talent view guides students to take these basic qualities as the basis of action in the process of self-education,and then puts forward new requirements for their own development in the new era.However,in the process of self-education,contemporary college students lack the overall grasp of Xi Jinping’s view of young talents.They can not give full play to the theoretical support and direction leading role of Xi Jinping’s young talent view,which leads to the poor effect of self-education.It can be seen that contemporary college students have a long way to go to take effective self-education guided by Xi Jinping’s concept of young talents.This article takes Xi Jinping’s youth talent view as the research direction of contemporary college students’ self-education.By combing the basic connotation of Xi Jinping’s youth talent view and the main contents of contemporary college students’ self-education,we find the combination point of the two,and make a simple analysis of the relationship between them from a macro perspective.After a correct understanding of the relationship between them,based on the reality,this paper briefly expounds the present situation of Xi Jinping’s youth talent view integrating into the self-education of contemporary college students,and makes clear that the contemporary college students lack the correct understanding of Xi Jinping’s view of young talents in the process of self-education,and fail to give play to the fact that Xi Jinping’s youth talent view guides the value.On this basis,this paper stands on the position of college students,and puts forward some thoughts on how to grow into young talents in the new era through self-education.This paper adopts the methods of literature research and the combination of theory and practice.By collecting and combing Comrade Xi Jinping’s important exposition on youth work and summarizing the outstanding academic achievements of the academic circles,this paper makes a simple analysis of the connotation of Xi Jinping’s youth talent view and the significance of self-education for contemporary college students,and points out that college students’ self-education is the requirement of the new era for the growth and development of young people.In addition,it is based on the combination of theory and practice.Based on the lack of self-education of contemporary college students,and adhering to the scientific theory of Xi Jinping’s youth talent view,starting from every link of self-education,it is put forward that contemporary college students should learn the spirit of exemplary spirit in daily life,attach importance to classroom gains,participate in social welfare,actively create and comply with network rules,It provides a concrete and feasible path for the self-education of contemporary college students.
