| Preschool-inclusive education is an important way to promote the equity of preschool education,and an important aspect of guaranteeing the quality of inclusive education is preschool teachers’ s effective educational supports to the special children.The purpose of this study is to insight the behavior and development needs of special children,to provide children with appropriate educational support,so as to improve the problem behavior of special children,enhance their ability to adapt to life,and raise the level of inclusive education.This study used action research approach,and a child with asperger syndrome from E kindergarten was selected as the research subject.The study is divided into preparation stage,execution stage and result analysis stage.In preparation stage,by interviewing children’s parents and class teachers to learn about the subject’s family information and his own development.Through natural observation,the researcher can understand the activity of the research subject in the class.In addition,teachers and parents were invited to evaluate the functional development and behavioral performance of the subject by using Psycho-educational Profile(C-PEP)and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC).On this basis,the researcher developed an educational support action plan to improve children’s problem behaviors and Improve adaptability worked with parents and teachers.In execution stage,the educational supports plans are divided into three cycles,which are in a spiraling relationship and last for four months.In the process of program implementation,we should reflect and adjust according to the actual situation of the research subject,identify the issues that need to focus on intervention in the next step,and then form the action plan for the next cycle.the researchers observe and evaluate tothroughout the implementation.In the result analysis stage,the Psycho-educational Profile(C-PEP)was used to evaluate the functional development and behavioral adaptability of the research subject,combine interview results and observation results to examine the effect of preschool teacher educational supports in this action researher.According to the specific situation of the research subject,three educational support themes were established: "adapt to class life,love to go to kindergarten","learn social skills,deepen inclusive" and "reduce dependence,lifting adaptability,and full inclusive".From thethree educational support dimensions of curriculum support,life support and environment support,the preschool teacher helped the research subject to improve the problem behavior,adapt to the class life,and promote the inclusive of children.The problems and behaviors of children with Asperger Syndrome have some similarities with most special children,this study proves that some effective teacher educational support strategies can also help other types of special children to adapt to the life in kindergarten better,the inclusive education of preschool teachers has certain reference value. |
