Investigation And Research On The Will Quality Of Men's Basketball Players In Higher Vocational Colleges In Shandong Province

With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,the development trend of modern basketball is more from competition technology to competition psychological quality.In the process of competition,good will quality is needed to ensure that athletes can play a normal level and achieve good results.A large number of studies show that the quality of athletes' will affects the performance of athletes' competition level,and also shows a certain correlation with competition results.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and selects the "will quality evaluation scale of outstanding athletes "(YZH-10-38x5)to test the athletes participating in the 22 nd CUBA Chinese University Basketball League(Shandong District)men's third level league in 2019,and to study the level,influencing factors and training of their will quality.By analyzing the differences of athletes of different ages,grades,field positions,training years and competition rank in different dimensions of will quality,we can understand the will quality level of basketball players in higher vocational stage,and put forward targeted training methods.It provides a certain theoretical basis for basketball training and athlete selection in higher vocational stage.The preliminary study concluded that:Among the samples surveyed by the 1.,the number of male basketball players in higher vocational colleges is the largest between 20 and 21 years old,the players are mainly sophomore and freshman,the number of defenders is the most,the number of strikers is the least,and the training years of athletes are between 3-5 years.Compared with the norm 2.the overall level of male basketball players' will quality in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province,it is found that the dimension of decisiveness,consciousness and initiative is higher than that of norm,and the dimension of tenacity and self-control is lower than that of norm reference.It shows that higher vocational basketball players in Shandong Province have room for development in cultivating tenacity and self-control.3.male basketball players of different ages in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province have very significant differences in the dimension of decisiveness and tenacity.With the increasing of age,the level of athletes in each dimension of will quality has been improved.Age is an important factor affecting the will level of male basketball players in higher vocational colleges.4.men's basketball players in Shandong higher vocational colleges have significant differences in the dimension of decisiveness and tenacity,among which the decisive level of the guard position is the highest,and the tenacity level of the center is higher than that of the guard and the forward.5.different grades of male basketball players in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province have significant differences in the dimensions of decisiveness,tenacity and initiative.With the increasing of grade,the level of athletes' will quality has improved.The reasons for the significant differences between different grades are related to age.6.men's basketball players in Shandong higher vocational colleges with different training years have very significant differences in the dimensions of decisiveness and tenacity,and there are significant differences in the dimensions of self-control and initiative.The level of athletes in each dimension of will quality continues to improve.7.men's basketball players in higher vocational colleges of Shandong Province have significant differences in the dimension of decisiveness and initiative,and the top eight teams have significantly higher levels of decisiveness and initiative than 9-16 and 17-28 teams.8.the correlation analysis of the will quality and competition achievement of male basketball players in higher vocational colleges of Shandong Province,there is a significant positive correlation between decisiveness,tenacity and initiative and competition achievement,which shows that the higher the level of decisiveness,tenacity and initiative of athletes,the better the competition achievement.Among the factors that 9.affect the will quality of male basketball players in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province,the subjective factors include the skill and physical quality of the athletes themselves,the cognition and motivation of the athletes participating in the competition and the individual subjective feelings of the athletes,mainly from the physical and psychological aspects.
