Formative assessment has been the important point in the field of education management in recent years.This study aimed to analyze the lack of continuity and targeted of feedback in the process of formative assessment,found out the appropriate feedback strategy of formative assessment.The author adopted hybrid research methods combining quantification and quality,and found that “self-negative feedback” played positive effect on the feedback of formative assessment.On the one hand,the feedback mode of “self-negative feedback” not only promoted students' academic achievements,but also contributed a lot to the construction of students' positive psychology and the enhancement of students' thirst for knowledge.On the other hand,students would also be more targeted and more conducive to the development of students' personality when they used self-negative feedback.Moreover,the feedback strategy of “self-negative feedback” can help students to reflect on themselves and promote students to think deeply while giving continuous feedback.Additionally,from the perspective of educational management,the author proposes suggestions on improving the formative assessment strategy in the course of learning: firstly,teachers should enrich the knowledge of formative assessment and improve the ability of information feedback.And teachers should pay attention to the targeted self-negative feedback in class design and the continuity of feedback assessment before,during and after class,and pay attention to the psychological feelings of students in the process of feedback.Secondly,students' consciousness of internalizing the feedback behavior should be strengthen that can promote students' deep learning;Finally,School Education Management Department should make diagnosis and control of the feedback assessment to form a feedback loop.
