Abstract/Summary:
Classroom teaching is the main part of school education and teachers are the implementers of classroom teaching.The quality of a teacher’s classroom teaching skills is the main factor for students to learn scientific knowledge well,and the correct use of classroom teaching skills,help students to understand the course correctly.As more and more young people who have just graduated from university choose to take up the teaching profession,the Ministry of Education of our country pays more and more attention to the classroom teaching skills of newly-recruited teachers.The teaching experience of newly-recruited teachers who have just come out of the university campus is not rich in the use of classroom teaching skills as well as the relative lack of flexibility and effectiveness.This paper studies the status quo of the classroom teaching skills of junior middle school physics teachers in Xinjiang,finds out the problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper consists of four chapters;the first part being the beginning of the article is also an essential part of the foundation,which is a brief introduction of this paper’s research origin,research purposes,research significance and research methods,research methods including literature research methods,questionnaire survey and interview.The second part is the domestic and foreign research on the meaning and classification of classroom teaching skills and the theory of teacher professional development as the theoretical basis of this paper,to define the ten physics classroom teaching skills in this study and to define the new teachers’ understanding,as well as the scientific classification of physics classroom teaching skills which will be helpful to the effective training of classroom teaching skills.The third part is about the formation and distribution of the questionnaire survey on the classroom teaching skills of junior middle school physics teachers in Xinjiang and the data analysis of the effective questionnaire survey collected from which further problems are discovered.In order to understand the problems existing in the classroom teaching skills of junior middle school physics teachers,six new junior middle school physics teachers were interviewed anonymously and the contents of the interviews were summarized and analyzed.The fourth part is based on the new junior high school physics teachers’ classroom skills deficiencies and the proposed corresponding measures;First and foremost,schools should emphasize on strengthening the training of physics classroom teaching skills for junior middle school and create a platform for the exchange of physics teachers.Secondly, new teachers should constantly study and correctly understand their physics classroom teaching skills and humbly ask other physics teachers for advice.By studying and analyzing the classroom teaching skills of junior middle school physics teachers in Xinjiang,we can help them solve the problems in the classroom teaching skills of junior middle school physics quickly and improve the classroom teaching skills of new junior middle school physics teachers in Xinjiang.And also to help new junior middle school physics teachers to set up a scientific knowledge system of classroom teaching skills,and to promote them to grow as quickly as possible and to become a competent and junior middle school physics teacher.
