Research On Capital Operation Of My Country University Industrial Technology Research Institute

With the advent of the era of the knowledge economy,technological innovation has become the key to improving the strength and competitiveness of countries around the world.Since the reform and opening up,China has continuously deepened its economic and scientific and technological system,and its technological innovation capability has been greatly improved.As a product of the combination of market economy and knowledge economy,the university industrial technology research institute is an effective way to transform knowledge into scientific and technological productivity,which is conducive to regional scientific and technological progress and industrial transformation and upgrading.However,the construction of China's colleges and universities' industrial technology research institute is still in the exploratory stage.Single financing channels and limited investment funds have been bottlenecks in development.One of the keys to establishing a market-friendly system is to establish an effective capital system.With the continuous development of capital operation methods,universities 'industrial technology research institutes have effectively used capital operation methods.It has become a practical need to analyze the investment and financing of universities' industrial technology research institutes,which has become very important and urgent.Based on the perspective of capital operation,this paper analyzes the capital operation problems of colleges and universities' industrial technology research institutes and the feasibility of investment and financing methods.First,the concept and related theories of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of the University are defined,and the connotation,role,problems,and financing of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of the University are summarized.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo,mechanism and function of capital operation of the Institute of Industrial Technology in China's universities,and explains the problems and reasons of capital operation of the Institute of Industrial Technology in China's universities.Thirdly,this article uses the game theory method to study the cooperative relationship between the university industrial technology research institute and the social capital side from the perspective of investment and financing of the university industrial technology research institute.It builds an evolutionary game model between the two,and adds knowledge spillover and law.The environment and other parameters were numerically analyzed by Matlab software to verify the evolution stability,and the influence of each parameter on the evolution stability was analyzed.It also carried out a feasibility analysis on the reform and listing of the university's industrial technology research institute,the issuance of bonds,the introduction of venture capital and investment methods.Finally,combined with the influencing factors of the game model,the feasibility study of investment and financing methods,and the principles of capital operation,this paper proposes countermeasures such as developing diversified investment channels and improving communication channels.Theoretically,this article analyzes the capital operation issues of colleges and universities' industrial technology research institutes and the feasibility of investment and financing methods.It attempts to explore the capital operations of colleges and universities' industrial technology research institutes and broaden the research fields of colleges' industrial technology research institutes.In addition,by constructing an evolutionary game model between the Institute of Industrial Technology of the University and the social capital side,this paper uses Matlab software for numerical simulation analysis,and judges the participants' strategic choice behavior through the application of the evolutionary game model,which gives the university industry The new research methods and ideas of cooperation between the Institute of Technology and the social capital side provide a reference for the financing of the Institute of Industrial Technology.
