Class management is the biggest problem encountered by Chinese volunteer teachers in the Philippines,but classroom management is also a very important part of teaching,which has an important impact on teaching efficiency.Questionnaires,interviews,class observations and other methods were used to explore the Chinese class management of the Sacred Heart school.Firstly,this article introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching and Chinese class management of the Philippines Sacred Heart grade School.Then I found there are problems such as long time-consuming management,high frequency of misbehaviors and various forms of grade school students in the Philippine Sacred Heart School's primary school Chinese classroom management.Among them,classroom misconduct with the highest frequency of student misconduct is in order to be deliberate,playful,interrupt the teacher,draw or do other homework,walk around;the most difficult classroom behaviors are speech,juggling,drawing or doing other homework.Then,analyzing the factors that affect the effectiveness of the Chinese classroom management of the elementary school of the Sacred Heart School from six aspects of students,teachers,environment,school,parents and country.Finally,after analyzing the causes of classroom management problems from various aspects,seven suggestions are offered to the class management for volunteers in the Philippines in the following three aspects:(a)enhance language skills and clarify classroom instructions;(b)enhance professional literacy and cultivate student interest;(c)quickly adapt to the environment and adjust teaching arrangements;(d)Understand the characteristics of students and strengthen emotional connections;(e)Transform inherent thoughts and establish classroom prestige;(f)Strengthen the awareness of rules to ensure clear rewards and punishments;(g)Do cross-cultural communication and avoid classroom conflicts.I also used the countermeasures in my own classroom and observe its effectiveness.I hope that the suggestions can provide some references for Chinese volunteer teachers in the future.
