The new Chemistry Curriculum Standard of Senior High School(2017)is a great reform in Chinese science education.The key competence is the core idea in the new curriculum reform.The new standard emphasizes to cultivation students' chemistry key competence.Students are expected to have the key competencies after studying chemistry.In the 21 st century,ability is the basis of students' development.To cultivation students' chemistry key competence is to improve students' understanding of chemistry.In order to help the chemistry teachers to cultivation students' chemistry key competence.This paper gives some suggestions to teachers on how to design teaching around the key competence from the perspective of heterogeneous class and explores the influence of teaching design of key competence on students' learning.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.Due to requirement of the new curriculum standard and the necessity of improving teachers' teaching concepts and skills,my research questions are: Teachers' Understanding of the teaching design about chemistry key competence and the influence of teaching design of chemistry key competence on students,and exploring the teaching approaches and significance.The second part is related to core concepts and theories.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the teaching design of chemistry teachers' key competence to know the level of teachers' awareness.The fourth part is observing the competition of heterogeneous class about chemistry key competence in Chengdu,and analyzes the implementation of five teachers' teaching design in the cultivation of students' chemistry key competence.Then organizing and optimizing the teaching design of five teachers gets the optimized instructional design and apply to practical research.The fifth part is to select two classes and apply optimized instructional design in the classroom to conduct experimental research.After class,the two classes were tested on exercises.Then I interviewed three students from the experimental class.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.Depending on the previous research,The teaching design of catalyst based on the chemistry disciplines key competence has obvious effect on the improvement of students' ability.It provides an effective teaching design case for the current teachers.In addition,this optimized instructional design significantly to help students to understanding core concepts and knowledge,as well as to cultivate their core competence in chemistry and it also promote the student's accomplishment ability.It provides an effective way for first-line chemistry teachers to cultivate students' core literacy.At the same time,it shows that the heterogeneous class is a way for teachers to improve their own ideas and skills efficiently.
