The growth of teachers is a dynamic and continuous career process,and it is also the internal demand of their own survival and development.Whether as a professional or an individual,teachers' growth is closely related to the environment they are exposed to.It is inevitable that there must be restrictive factors in the environment,which will restrict the growth of art teachers in different ways.As a comprehensive discipline,aesthetic education puts forward higher requirements for art teachers.In combination with the new standards of the new curriculum reform,art teachers are required to constantly improve and update their professional knowledge,education concepts and teaching ability.In order to better adapt to the new era,new curriculum,new national conditions.On the basis of ecological theory and thinking,educational ecology analyzes the relationship between the interaction and coordinated development between the ecological environment of education and the factors contained in education,as well as the effects and laws produced.Educational ecology has the advantage of interdisciplinary,which provides a new way of thinking and methodology for educational research and the growth of art teachers.However,the research on education ecology and teachers' growth is still in the primary stage,that is,the theoretical stage.There is a lack of investigation and attention on education practice,that is,the investigation and attention on Teachers' real growth environment.Based on the perspective of educational ecology,this paper uses the theory and thinking of educational ecology to start with the individual cases of teachers' growth,and uses the methods of observation,interview and questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the ecological environment of the growth of middle school art teachers,and makes specific analysis and arrangement,comprehensively and rationally dialysis how the ecological environment factors affect their educationalconcepts in the growth of art teachers Business attitude and behavior.This paper studies the interaction between art teachers and their ecological education environment,forming a fresh growth case.Put the front-line art teachers in the ecological position of the education ecosystem,analyze the ecological environment factors that affect the growth of middle school art teachers from four aspects: Teachers' self,teachers and social environment,teachers and family environment,teachers and campus environment,and deeply analyze the problems and growth paths in the growth process of middle school art teachers.In the process of data collection,art teachers should be guided to know themselves and their environment positively,and the educational circles should pay attention to the ecological environment problems of the growth of art teachers;establish and open up effective models and ways that are conducive to the development of middle school art teachers,reduce the obstacles that art teachers encounter in the growth process;effectively promote the growth of art teachers,and cultivate excellent beauty Art teachers,so as to meet the needs of society for art teachers.
