the men 's 110 m hurdle gold medal at the Athens Olympics,breaking the monopoly of European and American players,our track and field athletes have continuously written the myth of hurdle sports,and a group of track and field athletes with strong strength,such as Shi Dongpeng,have emerged.However,compared with the hurdle world powers,there is still a certain gap in the overall strength of hurdle athletes in China.With the retirement of athletes such as Liu Xiang,how to enhance the current technical level of outstanding young athletes of 110 m hurdles is also urgently needed in China's track and field and hurdle events.solved problem.This article mainly analyzes the kinematics of the Chinese men 's 110 m hurdle outstanding athlete Zhao Pengchuan 's hurdle technology,compares his sports technology with Liu Xiang and Shi Dongpeng 's hurdle technology,etc.,to better understand the laws of hurdle sports,which is conducive to improving China 's men 's 110 m hurdle technology.To enrich the theory and practice of hurdle sports,and also provide technical reference for Zhao Pengchuan preparing for the 2021 National Games.Analyze and diagnose its hurdle technical actions,discover its technical advantages and problems,and provide theoretical basis and data support for guiding its scientific training.Research methods: 1)Literature method: collect domestic and foreign literature on hurdle and hurdle technology research and summarize the data to provide literature support for the research;2)expert interview method: visit Chengdu Sports Experts and coaches from the College Sports Biomechanics Teaching and Research Section,Track and Field Teaching and Research Section,and Competitive Sports School provide opinions and suggestions on the research focus of hurdle technology,the process and precautions in the test process;3)Planar tracking shooting method: a JVC GC-The PX10 AC camera(shooting frequency is 100 frames / second)is set on a tripod to shoot the whole process of Zhao Pengchuan's entire hurdle.The main optical axis of the camera is always aligned with the athlete,tracking the athlete's technical movement and movement.4)Three-dimensional video analysis method: use two JVC GC-PX10 AC cameras(shooting frequency is 50 frames / second)to perform fixed-point and fixed-point shooting on the fifth column technology.The angle between the main optical axes of the two cameras is about 60 °.The three-dimensional video analysis software(Signal Tec V1.0C)was used to analyze the obtained image data in three dimensions.The original data was smoothed by low-pass filtering and the cutoff frequency was 8 Hz.The kinematic parameters required for this study were obtained.Research result:(1)Kinematics analysis conclusions of the full run: 1)Zhao Pengchuan is the high-speed column in columns 3 to 7;the speed between columns in column 7 decreases to a certain extent,and the speed reaches the lowest in column 10 and column 10.After that,he actively accelerated the sprint;2)Zhao Pengchuan took 5.02 s to accelerate to the third column during the acceleration phase,and there was still a certain gap with Liu Xiang and Shi Dongpeng in the special acceleration ability;Zhao Pengchuan spent 4.18 s in the speed maintenance phase,which was equivalent to Shi Dongpeng's,indicating that Zhao Pengchuan Possessing strong special speed ability;Zhao Pengchuan spent 3.26 s in the speed decline stage,which took longer than Liu Xiang and Shi Dongpeng,indicating that Zhao Pengchuan's speed dropped too much at this stage,which increased the gap with Liu Xiang and Shi time is longer,and the strength of the supporting leg kick is weak,which is not conducive to the improvement of the attack speed.At T2,the angle of Zhao Pengchuan's thigh is 131.50 °,indicating that Zhao Pengchuan's body is flexible and larger.The angle of the thigh creates favorable conditions for the successful completion of subsequent shearing and twisting actions,thereby enhancing the kicking force.2)Fly-over stage: Zhao Pengchuan's flying time is 0.36 s,and the long-flight time results in a large speed loss;Zhao Pengchuan's average speed at this stage is 8.64 m / s,which is greater than the average domestic elite athlete's speed of 8.44 m / s,indicating that Zhao Pengchuan The overall technical coordination is better during the hurdle crossing phase,but there is still room for improvement;the torso forward angle of the trunk during the hurdle clearance phase is 50.28 °,which is larger than Liu Xiang(49.50 °)and Shi Dongpeng(48.64 °)and should be further improved.Improve buffering amplitude was 28.43 °.At this stage,the buffering amplitude was small,which was not conducive to quickly entering the fence after landing.The angle of Zhao Pengchuan 's kick is 63.27 °.The angle is too large,which is not conducive to the increase of horizontal speed.The support time of Zhao Pengchuan 's swinging leg during the landing of the lower bar is 0.12 s.If it is long,it means that Zhao Pengchuan didn't step up quickly and vigorously.In summary,Zhao Pengchuan completed the hurdle technical action well,but there is still room for improvement in the overall technology.
