Investigation On The Status Quo Of The Implementation Of Physical Fitness Projects For Farmers In Yi District, Liangshan Prefecture

Since 2006,the state has implemented the farmer sports and fitness project,up to the end of 2019,the farmer sports and fitness project has been implemented 13 years.What is the status quo of the implementation of the farmers sports and Fitness Project in Liangshan Yi district? What is the effect of the implementation of the farmer sports fitness project? Through the investigation of the status quo of the farmers' sports and fitness project in Liangshan Yi district,this paper tries to find out whether the farmers' sports and fitness project is "poverty alleviation by public opinion","poverty alleviation by documents" or "poverty alleviation by reality".In order to understand these questions,this article takes the present situation of the peasant sports and fitness project in Dechang County and Xide County of Liangshan Yi district as the investigation scope,and uses the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire investigation,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics,by using the method of logical analysis,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the management,Fund arrangement,site selection,maintenance and use of the peasant sports and fitness projects in Dechang County and Xide County of Liangshan Yi district,at the same time,the author also investigated the knowledge of the farmers in Dechang County and Xide County,and the satisfaction of the farmers' sports and fitness projects.The results show that: 1.Dechang County and Xide County of Liangshan Yi district do not reach the full coverage of farmer sports and Fitness Project;2.Liangshan Yi district farmer sports and fitness project site equipment maintenance management unsatisfactory;3.There is no social director of sports in the countryside of Liangshan Yi district to give health guidance;4.The peasants in Liangshan Yi district have poor consciousness of physical exercise.
