Badminton belongs to the cross net confrontation project.Chinese women's singles has always been a traditional advantage project.In recent years,with the reform of badminton rules,the new and old alternation of Chinese women's singles players and the emergence of foreign women's singles players,China's women's competitive ability has been unable to meet the needs of international competition.The competition of competitive ability is a comprehensive competition of technology,tactics,psychology,physical quality and so on.The final result is mostly obvious in technical performance,so the key technology and technical index system are very important.In view of this,the research tries to analyze how to break through the existing difficulties,improve the competitive ability of Chinese women's singles,and firmly stabilize the dominant position of Chinese women's singles in international events through the key technology and technical index system.Depending on the literature review,questionnaire investigation,video analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Taking the semi-finals and finals of women's singles in the first level and the second level first and second level events newly stipulated by the World Badminton Federation as the statistical objects,this paper counted the badminton techniques in 72 games of 30 matches,reduced the dimension of the data through principal component analysis,quantitatively converted the multiple indexes into a few comprehensive indexes,carried out the multi-factors linear regression of the above few comprehensive indexes and the total score,and finally obtained the the close degree between technique and score,and then obtained the key technique system and regression model of badminton.Using principal component analysis to reduce the dimension of 65 badminton techniques,regression analysis is carried out on the comprehensive indicators representing the original variable information,i.e.principal component technique and the scores of each game,the key technical indicator system is established,and the stepwise regression analysis is carried out on the key technical indicators to test their significance and fitting.The established model has a certain degree of credibility.The results show that:(1)the key technical indexes of the women's badminton singles system are forehand push,forehand smash,forehand net shot,forehand lift,backhand net shot,backhand push,backhand lift,forehand drop shot,backhand pick and drop ball,and forehand high clear technique in receive;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the first nine techniques and the scores in the index system,which shows that these nine techniques play an important role in winning the game.In daily training,we should focus on the stability and quality level of these nine techniques.Secondly,we can increase the corresponding technical combination training around the nine indicators,such as the combination of killing and pushing the ball,the combination of hanging and releasing the net,etc;(3)There is a negative correlation between the skill and the score,that is to say,the effect of the skill affects the result of the match.It shows that the skill affects the score of the player and restricts the result of the match.In the daily practice,we should focus on the practice of the ball in different directions,lines and heights to improve the quality of the practice;(4)From the key technical index system of women's singles in badminton,it can be seen that in women's singles,the victory mainly depends on the forehand offensive hitting technique.At the same time,from the perspective of technology application area,it mainly focuses on the use of front-end area technology,which shows that the network front control technology occupies an important position in the women's single technology system.(5)the quantitative relationship between scores and various technical indexes can be described by the model,and the scores can be predicted.The prediction model of the world excellent badminton women's singles is: Y=23.886+0.193X1(forehand drop shot)+0.632X2(forehand push)+0.271X3(backhand lift)-0.395X4(forehand high clear in receive)...
