A Comparative Study Of Chinese And Foreign Men's Skills In The 2018 Asian Games Taekwondo Competition

This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and foreign male players in the technical performance of the regulation poomsae quality situation by watching the video and scoring of Chinese and foreign male players in the 2018 Asian Games,combining with the taekwondo poomsae scoring standard,through consulting literature method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method and expert interview method.Conclusions:1.The Chinese mainland men's players in the traditional poomsae situation,the accuracy of technical movements is not high enough,the overall performance is on the low side,which makes them have a certain gap with the champion players,and the competitiveness in the traditional poomsae situation is slightly insufficient.Chinese mainland male contestants have a certain competitive advantage because of their high accuracy and expressiveness in their technical movements and higher overall scores than traditional ones in the new poomsae situation.2.Chinese men's athletes in Taipei have high accuracy and lack of expressiveness in their traditional poomsae,the overall performance of the movement is relatively good and belongs to the middle upper level.Chinese men's athletes in Taipei maintain a good level of accuracy in their technical movements and their performance is slightly inadequate,and their competitive advantage is slightly less than that of traditional ones.3.Men's players Saudi arabia and Nepal have insufficient accuracy and expressiveness in the traditional poomsae;iran has better accuracy and expressiveness in the traditional poomsae,and higher accuracy and expressiveness in the new poomsae,which has a strong competitive advantage in the traditional poomsae and new poomsae.The Philippines of the same male contestant in the regulation new poomsae situation,which movement technology accuracy is not high enough,and expressiveness is insufficient,the overall competition ability is insufficient.4.Champion men(korea)in the regulation of traditional poomsae,the accuracy and performance of technical action is high,in the regulation of traditional poomsae in the south korean players maintain the same strength.The champion male contestant(Korea)in the regulation new poomsae,which movement technique accuracy is inferior to the regulation traditional poomsae,and the expressiveness is on the high side,has the strong competition strength.5.Regulation of new poomsae on the basis of the regulation of traditional poomsae,greatly increased the difficulty of movement technology such as: empty leg method,rotating leg method,actual combat step,continuous leg method,etc.,reduced the hand technical movement.regulation of new poomsae appearance of the new trend indicates a trend,which puts forward higher requirements for the physical quality of the athletes,and requires the athletes to master more comprehensive taekwondo technology.6.The proportion of traditional poomsae in the Asian Games competition is large,which is still the main component of the Taekwondo competition,which is the main way to practice and improve the Taekwondo quality technology.
