The basic concept of history curriculum in senior high school requires teachers to adhere to the principle of "educating people first" and cultivate students’ core quality of history through various teaching methods and ways to achieve comprehensive development.In 2017,the high school history curriculum standard proposed the design of historical context in teaching methods to improve the core quality of students’ history discipline.As a popular teaching method,situational teaching is often used in senior high school history class.It has played a positive role in the transformation of students’ learning style,the cultivation of historical thinking ability and problem-solving ability in the new situation.Under the new curriculum standard,teachers should make appropriate adjustments to situational teaching.In the preparation,class and after class reflection and summary,teachers should operate and practice with the purpose of cultivating students’ core quality of history subject,and implement the basic task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.By using the methods of questionnaire and case analysis,focusing on the "Application of high school history situational teaching",according to the investigation of the current situation of high school history situational teaching,this paper finds that there are some problems,such as the single type of creating historical situation,the lack of effectiveness of problem setting in historical situation,and the lack of participation of students in situational experience.From the perspective of teachers,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems: Teachers’ teaching concept is not completely changed,professional literacy is insufficient,situational teaching design is lack of pertinence,and students’ dominant position is ignored.In view of the problems in senior high school history situational teaching,this paper puts forward the application countermeasures of senior high school history situational teaching combined with the ir own practice experience: teachers should renew teaching concepts,improve professional quality;create a variety of historical situations,and implement teaching pertinently;guide students to go deep into historical situations,and improve students’ pa rticipation in class.Finally,combining with the specific teaching cases in the author’s practice,this paper analyzes the actual effect of situational teaching,reflects on the shortcomings in teaching,and hopes to provide effective suggestions for the application of situational teaching in the classroom of high school history,improve the effectiveness of teaching,so as to be beneficial to the cultivation and promotion of students’ core historical literacy.
