"Ordinary Senior High School Biology Curriculum Standards"(2017 edition)clearly emphasizes the cultivation of core literacy of students in basic disciplines,attaches importance to and strengthens the teaching of biological experiments,and cultivates students' creative ability.Biology experiment teaching not only promotes students 'knowledge acquisition,but also has a comprehensive ability to cultivate thinking analysis and practical operation,which has played an important role in the development of students' core literacy.How to fully tap the core literacy of experimental resources has become an important task in biology teaching.Therefore,teachers should thoroughly understand the status of core literacy cultivation in experimental teaching,and attach importance to the analysis of core literacy elements,so as to formulate effective teaching programs for the cultivation of students' comprehensive literacy and improve the effect of experimental teaching.Based on this,the author puts forward the subject of "research on the status of core literacy cultivation of students in biological experiment teaching".The first is the analysis of theories and resources.Through the analysis and reading of the relevant literature on the subject,the research status of the subject at home and abroad is arranged,the relevant theories and research results of various scholars are understood,and the research background and significance of the subject are determined.Definition and analysis of two related concepts of core literacy;resource analysis of the "Molecules and Cells" module experiment based on core literacy,mining of core literacy in the experiment,and analysis of changes in the new and old textbook experiments of the compulsory biology for human education.The first is the analysis of the theory and resources.Through the analysis and reading of the related literature on the subject,the research status of the subject at home and abroad is arranged,the relevant theories and research results of various scholars are understood,and the research background and theoretical practical significance of the subject are determined;Two concepts related to core literacy in biological experiment and biology subject;based on core literacy,analyze the resources of the "Molecules and Cells" module experiment of the human education version,sort out the core literacy of the main investigation of the experiment,and analyze the changes of the new and old textbook experiment.Followed by survey analysis,through the questionnaire survey and the summary of practical experience,analyze the experimental status of the cultivation of students' core literacy.The questionnaire was set up based on four aspects of core literacy.Taking high school students and teachers from three schools in Jinan as examples,the survey investigated which aspects of student's biological core literacy have been greatly developed in experimental learning.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that experimental teaching mainly affects students in the two dimensions of scientific inquiry and scientific thinking,and has a certain impact in the two dimensions of social responsibility and concept of life,but it is not obvious.In addition,by analyzing the current status of core literacy in experimental teaching,it is found that there are still some shortcomings in biological experimental teaching,mainly because experimental teaching mostly stays in multimedia presentations or memorization of steps,teachers do not pay much attention to the actual analysis of experimental resources and Actively collect relevant social science and technology,issues and other materials,but because of the cultivation of core literacy and the heuristic and question-and-answer teaching of the experiment,students have developed scientific inquiry and logical thinking skills.In general,experimental teaching The cultivation of the role played can not be ignored.The last is problem analysis.In response to the questionnaire response,the corresponding teaching suggestions are proposed,mainly including: before the experiment,the teacher fully prepares the experiment and prepares the students,digs the advantages of the relationship between the experiment and the core literacy,and strengthens the weaknesses;in the experiment,Teachers use "question" to promote learning,make full use of experimental resources,stimulate creative thinking,and encourage scientific inquiry;after the experiment,organize students to analyze phenomena,express communication,and strengthen the structured construction of knowledge and output innovation.It is hoped that through corresponding strategies to improve the effect of experimental teaching,to achieve the goal of cultivating core literacy,and to enrich the comprehensive development of students' literacy in biology.
