Scientific quality is an important part of citizens’ quality.It is of great practical significance to improve citizens’ scientific quality for the sustainable development of our society.In March2006,China formulated and implemented the national action plan for scientific quality(2006-2010-2020).In March 2016,the general office of the State Council issued the notice on printing and distributing the implementation plan of the national action plan for scientific quality(2016-2020).Due to the long-term influence of examination oriented education,there are obvious defects in students’ scientific quality.On January 28,2019,the general office of the Ministry of Education issued the spirit of the notice on the measures for the administration of national competition activities(Trial)(JJT [2018] No.9),which clearly promoted the cultivation of students’ scientific quality in primary and secondary schools by carrying out national science and technology competition activities for primary and secondary school students.In the reform of the new college entrance examination,the special type of college entrance examination policies formulated by the state clearly tend to recruit students with specialty and innovation potential.How to cultivate students’ scientific literacy more effectively in middle school? On the basis of literature review,combined with the investigation of the current situation of scientific quality cultivation of senior high school students,the paper scientifically understands and analyzes the problems and their causes in the current scientific quality cultivation of senior high school students.The paper explores and constructs the scientific quality cultivation strategies of senior high school students on this basis,and conducts teaching experiments in Jiangxi Ganxian District X Middle School to test and modify the cultivation strategies.The contents of paper are as follows:The content of the Chapter Ⅰ mainly include introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background,significance,purpose and key problems to be solved.Through searching the keywords "high school students’ scientific and technological innovation literacy","middle school students’ scientific literacy" and "scientific literacy",literature review is formed.On the basis of literature review,the paper defines the problems of research,and puts forward some research ideas and methods.Chapter Ⅱ defines the concept and theoretical tools.This paper defines the important words in the paper,and chooses constructivism theory,multiple intelligence theory and creativity theory as the theoretical tools in the research process of the paper,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research of the paper.The third chapter is the practical value of scientific quality cultivation of senior high school students.To interpret the relevant policies and put forward the practical significance of scientific quality cultivation for senior high school students.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of scientific quality cultivation of senior high school students.Through questionnaire,interview and other forms,the paper carry out questionnaire survey and interview on the current situation of scientific quality cultivation of senior high school students from the school,family,students and education management departments several main body,to analyze the problems and their roots in the process of scientific quality cultivation of senior high school students.The fifth chapter is the strategy design of scientific quality cultivation for senior high school students.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of scientific quality of senior high school students,this paper puts forward some solutions.The sixth chapter is the case practice of scientific quality cultivation strategy for senior high school students.Take Ganxian District X Middle School as an example to verify the feasibility of the strategy and modify the shortcomings of the strategy.Chapter seven is conclusion and suggestion.Summarize the research conclusions and put forward the shortcomings of the paper.
