With the development of China's social economy,people's pursuit of spiritual and cultural life continues to improve.To develop quality education and promote education equity has become a new stage and a new challenge of China's education.Music education plays an important role in cultivating all-round development of people,promoting quality education and promoting education equity.However,due to the unbalanced economic development and the uneven distribution of educational resources,there are many problems in rural music education,and the effectiveness of classroom teaching is not strong,which makes the music literacy and comprehensive ability of rural children low,to a large extent,affects the overall healthy development of education in China.In order to improve the current situation of music education in rural areas,improve the quality of music classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools,promote education equity,and improve the practical teaching ability of music normal students,practice teaching has become the most direct and effective way for this purpose.How to make this measure achieve substantive effect is the main purpose of this study.Based on the current situation of music classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,this study investigates and studies the practice of music practice teaching from the perspective of effective teaching.This paper mainly uses the methods of field investigation,literature,questionnaire and interview to investigate and analyze the current situation of music classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Ganzhou City,and the current situation of practice teaching to promote effective music classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Ganzhou City,and focuses on the effective teaching theory,new music curriculum standard and relevant music education theory This paper discusses the effectiveness and problems of the practice teaching in promoting the effective teaching of music class in rural areas of Ganzhou City,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies.The first part is an overview of effective teaching.Effective music classroom teaching is a teaching activity that teachers follow the law of music teaching and students' physical and mental development,successfully stimulate,maintain and promote students' music learning,effectively achieve the preset three-dimensional goals and promote students' aesthetic perception,artistic performance,cultural understanding and overall development,and meet the needs of social and personal education value.The basic characteristics of effective music classroom teaching should include: emphasizing the concept of music subject standard,strengthening the experience of music aesthetic perception,following the law of music practice teaching,etc.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of effective musicteaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Ganzhou.The main problems of music classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Ganzhou City are insufficient music teachers,inadequate application of music teaching resources,and lack of reasonable music education concepts,which make the music classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in Ganzhou City have many phenomena,such as random teaching,inaccurate target positioning,single moment method,not in line with the law of music teaching,and the effectiveness of classroom teaching is not strong.The practice proves that the practice teaching can alleviate the rural music teachers in Ganzhou City,let the rural children enjoy the professional music education;bring advanced ideas and methods,improve the quality of music classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools;improve the concept of music education,improve the music learning atmosphere in rural schools.However,in the process of supporting education,there are some problems in rural schools,normal colleges and normal students that affect the effective teaching of music in rural primary and secondary schools.The third part,the suggestion of practice teaching to promote the effective teaching of music class in Ganzhou rural primary and secondary schools.In order to realize the effective teaching of music classroom in rural primary and secondary schools,improve the quality of music education in rural areas and promote education equity.Rural schools should strengthen the supervision of music classroom teaching for supporting students,and fully support the music classroom teaching for supporting students;colleges and universities should strengthen the normal teaching of music courses,improve the guidance system of practice teaching selection;normal students should strengthen learning,improve their comprehensive ability,consolidate theory,improve their ideological realm,and highlight music discipline in the process of teaching implementation Characteristics,enriching students' aesthetic experience of music,strengthening the process of music teaching practice,etc.to improve the effectiveness of teaching.
