Since the implementation of the CPIK Project,Chinese teaching in elementary schools has developed rapidly,the cooperative teaching mode in which Chinese primitive teachers and Korean native Chinese teachers participate in the classroom together is also widely used in Chinese teaching in elementary schools of Korea.This article takes the teaching of Chinese culture in elementary schools in Jeollanam-do,Korea as an example,analyzed the current situation of the development of Chinese culture courses,the development of cooperative teaching and the basic model of cooperative teaching in elementary schools in Jeollanam-do,Korea,about cooperative teaching between native language teachers and Korean native Chinese teachers,by questionnaire survey and case analysis.Based on the questionnaire survey and case analysis,the thesis explores and sorts out the problems in the cooperative teaching of Chinese culture in elementary schools in Jeollanam-do,Korea : the language aspects,cultural knowledge reserves and teaching experience of primitive teachers;the language aspects,Cultural knowledge reserve and understanding and cognition of Chinese culture of Korean native Chinese teachers;lack of interaction,conflicts in teaching methods and classroom division,in Chinese-Korean Chinese teacher cooperative teaching,and personal qualities of Korean native Chinese teachers.The author puts forward some specific suggestions for the above problems: the primitive teachers should improve the Korean language,increase the cultural knowledge reserve and Chinese talent,and learn from the teaching experience;the Korean native Chinese teachers should continue to consolidate and improve their Chinese language level,perfect cultural knowledge reserves,and keep up with the times to understand Chinese culture;in terms of teaching cooperation,Chinese and Korean Chinese teachers should strengthen interaction and communication,and strengthen exchanges in the setting of cultural courses and selection of teaching methods.It is hoped that the research and suggestions in this article can provide reference for the follow-up primitive teachers of Korean primary schools,and then promote the development of Chinese education in Koreaand the widespread spread of Chinese culture.
