Along with our country social development entered the new era,the international environment tends to be complex.The dramatic changes in domestic various industries,educational targets are also in constant change,between the various disciplines are interrelated and have its own characteristics,among them 2017 promulgated"Geography curriculum standards for ordinary schools",formally put forward the four core geographic literacy:regional cognition,comprehensive thinking,geographical practice and human and earth coordination,among which regional cognitive literacy occupies an important position in the core geographic literacy,and is one of the important educational target of geography teaching.We should pay attention to cultivating students’ regional cognitive literacy in the practice of geography teaching.There are many teaching ways to cultivate students’ regional cognitive literacy,among which the teaching method of blackboard map is one of the effective ways.As a classical teaching method in geography,the teaching method of blackboard map can not only effectively cultivate students’ regional cognitive literacy,but also improve students’ability of hand drawing.In the practice of actual geography teaching,there are still many problems in improving students’ drawing practice ability and cultivating students’regional cognitive literacy through the blackboard map drawing teaching method due to the pressure of high school teaching time and the popularization of multimedia assisted teaching methods and other reasons.In this paper,all geography teachers and some senior students in a high school of Dongguan City,Guangdong Province as investigation object,through literature reading,practical observation,questionnaire survey,experimental comparison and other methods analysis and demonstrates the theoretical basis and practical basis of blackboard map teaching based on regional cognitive literacy.Combining with educational practice observation and questionnaire methods,further to summarize and analyze the current situation and problems of blackboard map teaching based on regional cognitive literacy.Based on the present situation,problems and teaching practical experience,summarize the causes of the problems.After that,the paper puts forward the strategy of blackboard map teaching and the principle of implementation of blackboard map teaching cases.According to the teaching strategy and implementation principles of blackboard map teaching,the relevant blackboard map teaching cases are designed,and the validity of blackboard map teaching cases is verified,which provides some reference bases for some geography teachers to implement blackboard map teaching.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the questionnaire survey of all geography teachers and some senior students in a high school of Dongguan City,analyzing the present situation and problems of blackboard map teaching in cultivating students’ regional cognitive literacy,found that there are three main problems:First,the geography teacher’s lack of awareness of the core literacy of regional cognition,and lack of relevant training consciousness;Second,the teaching method of blackboard map is highly recognized,but the degree of practice is not high;Thirdly,some geography teachers are not good at cultivating students’ regional cognitive literacy accomplishment comprehensively by using blackboard map teaching method.(2)According to the questionnaire survey,the main reasons for the existence of the problem are analyzed as follows:First,the school lacks the publicity of the relevant geographic core literacy,and some geography teachers do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of regional cognitive literacy;Secondly,the objective reasons that hinder the implementation of blackboard map teaching include the popularization of multimedia assisted teaching,the difficulty in drawing regional blackboard map,and no allowed of geography class hours;Thirdly,the subjective reason hindering the implementation of blackboard map teaching include the lack of effective training of relevant blackboard map and the inability to use blackboard map teaching method to cultivate regional cognitive literacy.(3)Proposed that the principles of implementation teaching cases of blackboard map include the principles of geographic discipline,practical,hierarchical,development,and pertinence.The teaching strategies of blackboard map are as follows:First,before the implementation of blackboard map teaching,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the core literacy of geography and attach importance to the cultivation of regional cognitive accomplishment;Second,in the implementation of blackboard map teaching,the teaching steps of blackboard map are combined with the constituent elements of regional cognition literacy.The teacher speaks while drawing,the student synchronously starts to draw;In the process of blackboard map teaching,multimedia teaching method should be assisted.Third,the key point of blackboard teaching implementation,geography teachers need to improve the skills of blackboard map drawing and students should improve the ability of drawing maps,both of which require teachers and students to practice frequently.(4)Design the traditional teaching cases and blackboard map teaching cases with the theme of "/2",and choose the control class and the experimental class to take different teaching methods to verify the validity.It shows that the attitude towards regional cognitive literacy,regional spatial positioning ability,regional overall perception ability,regional comprehensive analysis ability,regional difference comparative analysis ability and regional evaluation and optimization ability and so on.The teaching method of blackboard map has a certain effect on cultivating the five constituent elements of regional cognitive literacy.
