As an important dimension to evaluate students' compositions,the effectiveness of composition comments is its vitality.Among all kinds of comment types,the most inspiring comment is highly praised by the front-line teachers,which is also in line with the requirements of respecting students' personality advocated by the new curriculum standard.However,in practice,incentive comments often float on the surface,many teachers do not know how to motivate students and why to motivate,so it is difficult to achieve the desired effect in actual use.The practice shows that the effectiveness of inspiring evaluation in composition evaluation can stimulate students' innate language expression ability and improve their writing level.Therefore,teachers need to improve the understanding of the importance of composition comments,master the writing methods of motivational comments,pay attention to emotional care,strengthen the understanding of the psychological characteristics of junior high school students,and write comments with more emotional incentives and more in line with the psychological needs of students.Based on the above situation and actual needs,this paper mainly focuses on three aspects of "what","why" and "how".The first part mainly discusses the basic concept of "motivational comments".Guided by this,combined with the author's practical experience and summary,it summarizes the main factors of motivational comments,which are teachers' emotion,writing subject and writing text.It respectively discusses the functions of these three aspects in the writing of comments and how to adjust the negative effects in the process of comments.At the same time,the author lists the main functions and forms of motivational comments,which can provide targeted feedback,inspire thinking,improve writing interest,guide writing and also guide people.The main forms of expression are:positive guidance,positive encouragement;emotional exchange,euphemism;personal evaluation,promotion Development.The second part mainly discusses the importance and necessity of incentive comment research,starting from the theory and practice.In theory,it is mainly based on the Chinese curriculum theory closely related to composition evaluation and the psychological theory related to students' acceptance psychology.The former includes the basic suggestions for composition evaluation in the Chinese curriculum standard and the suggestions for unit writing in the new edition of junior middle school Chinese textbook.The latter mainly relies on the reinforcement theory and self-efficacy theory in psychology to explain students' opinions on unit writing The psychological demands of composition comments.In practice,questionnaire survey is used to understand students'cognition and attitude towards motivational comments,as well as the writing of teachers' comments.Through the summary of the survey results,we find that there are some problems in the use of incentive comment:the lack of incentive comment form,the generalization of incentive comment content,and the lack of incentive comment system.The third part discusses the main strategies for the problems in the use of incentive comments.First of all,in view of the lack of comment form,it is suggested to change the concept of teachers and establish the concept of incentive evaluation.The specific strategies are as follows:first,evaluation objectives focus on development;second,to use the second person as much as possible;third,to improve their own evaluation literacy;fourth,to understand the writing effect of comments in time.Secondly,in view of the problem of the generalization of the comment content,we should pay attention to emotional care and increase the dimension of composition evaluation.The specific strategies are as follows:first,adopt multiple standards and allow asynchronous standards;second,pay attention to students' emotions and communicate and guide in time;third,encourage sincere expression and improve writing confidence.Finally,in view of the lack of the comment writing system,the author tries to use the composition evaluation scale to reduce the subjectivity and randomness of the teacher's comments in a quantitative way,and sets the first level indicators composed of composition content,students' needs and teachers' emotions,as well as corresponding observation points and reference comments examples,to guide teachers to observe in the form of questions,so as to make teachers' comments more Make sure the students' compositions are correct.
