Education is an important driving force for promoting economic and social development.With the development of China's economy and society and the increase in people's income level,education expenditure accounts for a large proportion of people's consumption structure.The education industry in western developed countries is also relatively developed.With the continuous development of China's opening up to the outside world,more and more students are aiming at the high-level universities in developed countries.With the expansion of the number of students studying abroad and the increase in demand,the consulting service industry for studying abroad has gradually emerged and is constantly developing and maturing.In recent years,the overseas study counseling service institutions have grown rapidly,and the industry competition has intensified.Especially in the course of the continuous trade friction and change in China,the domestic consulting industry has brought severe challenges.Based on this,based on the study abroad consulting services from A company as the carrier,on the face of internal and external environmental analysis,put forward A company in the fierce competition in the market competition strategy,implementation measures and safeguard measures.The main research contents are as follows:(1)combed the foreign scholars on the application of the relevant theories,and arrange the competition strategy and its type,analysis method and so on related theory of macro environment,provide theoretical support for this article.(2)environmental analysis of company A.By using the theory of PEST method and porter five competitive companies face A macro and industry environment analysis,and from the enterprise value and enterprise has the aspects of the core resources of A company's internal environment.Provide effective basis for scientific establishment of A company's competitive strategy.(3)the formulation of company A competition strategy.In A company,on the basis of SWOT analysis,combined with A company choose the result of the feasibility of competitive strategy,using quantitative planning matrix(QSPM)method proposed centralized competitive strategy for A company,and three aspects from the market,service and channel for centralization strategy implementation.(4)to ensure the smooth implementation of the centralized strategy of company A,company A needs to optimize the organizational structure of enterprises,adjust personnel,maintain good public relations,and strengthen the corporate culture.
