Research purposes:as early as the late 1990s,Changzhou began to explore the training of sports talents under the mode of"combination of teaching and sports".In 2012,Changzhou municipal government office forwarded The Opinions on Further Promoting the"Combination of Teaching and Sports" and Strengthening the Work of School Sports and Athletes’ Cultural Education to actively promote the integration of sports education.These explorations not only make Changzhou achieve in sports,but also form a unique training mode of sports reserve talents.This paper makes an on-the-spot investigation on the mode of"combination of teaching and sports" implemented in the training of sports reserve talents in the middle schools of Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province.It aims to analyze the type and implementation of the mode of "combination of teaching and sports" in the middle schools of Changzhou City,investigate the cognition of the relevant coaches,teachers of cultural courses and students on the mode of "combination of teaching and sports",and find out the youth’s sports under the mode of "combination of teaching and sports".The problems existing in the training of reserve talents and the countermeasures are put forward.Research methods:through the literature review method,questionnaire,interview and mathematical analysis,15 middle schools with relatively perfect physical system and normalized training of coaches and athletes were selected in three administrative regions of Changzhou(Wujin District,Tianning district and Xinbei District)under the mode of"combination of teaching and sports",and the current situation and encounter of the training of youth sports reserve talents under the mode of "combination of teaching and sports" were analyzed to study the problems and influencing factors.Conclusion:(1)Changzhou middle school "combination of teaching and sports" mode is mainly distributed in three districts:Tianning District,Wujin District and Xinbei district.Among them,Wujin District is the first to implement the mode of "combination of teaching and sports",and Tianning district is the most typical and effective one to implement the mode of "combination of teaching and sports";(2)there are four modes of "combination of teaching and sports" implemented in Changzhou middle school,namely the mode of "school run by city team","school run by province team",the mode of cooperation between sports school and school,and the mode of characteristic sports project implemented by traditional school "At present,the school run mode of city team is the most representative one in Changzhou City;(3)on the whole,the mode of "combination of teaching and sports"implemented in Changzhou City has great advantages,but there are still uneven distribution of resources of "combination of teaching and sports";(4)under the mode of "combination of teaching and sports" in Changzhou middle school,more than 80%of coaches have bachelor degree,few of them have bachelor degree Part of the coaches are graduate students,and the professionalism of the coaches under the mode of "city team school run" and "provincial team school run" is better than that under the other two modes.The coaches under the mode of traditional sports school are mostly grassroots coaches,lacking in professionalism and experience,so the mode of cooperation between sports school and school and traditional sports projects The training frequency of coaches under the school model will be higher,while the training frequency of coaches under the "city team school run" model and the"province team school run" model is relatively low;(5)there are various ways of student selection of students’ athletes under the "combination of teaching and sports" model of Changzhou middle school,but the way of student selection under the "city team school run"model can better obtain students’ athletes with higher sports quality;(6)Under the mode of"combination of teaching and sports",the main factors influencing the cultivation of sports reserve talents in Changzhou are athletes,contradictions between learning and training,competition mechanism,coaches and social support mechanism.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings and influencing factors in the implementation of the mode of "combination of teaching and sports" in Changzhou,this paper puts forward countermeasures:(1)at present,the popularization of the mode of"combination of teaching and sports" in middle schools in Changzhou is not enough,so we should vigorously promote the areas where the implementation of "combination of teaching and sports" is less,let the mode of "combination of teaching and sports" fully implement the whole Changzhou,and ensure the characteristics of the mode of "city team school run"Based on the premise of the development of advantageous projects,increase the proportion of "provincial team school run" mode in the whole city,and do a good job in the connection of sports projects in the early and high school stages to ensure the continuity and stability of athletes’ training;(2)balance the relationship between students’ athletes’ learning and training,ensure the learning of cultural courses while training,and ensure the training after learning,Both of them are indispensable to cultivate high-quality student athletes with both culture and martial arts;(3)improve the existing competition mechanism,increase the number of times for student athletes to participate in the competition,improve the level of participation,so that student athletes have the opportunity to accumulate practical experience and improve their own sports skills;(4)in the process of training sports reserve talents,also train coaches and improve the coach system,Improve the overall quality of coaches;(5)improve the openness of the existing sports personnel training system,and constantly innovate the "combination of teaching and sports" mode,so as to inject new vitality into the"combination of teaching and sports".
