With the increasing of online teaching resources,the fragment distribution and simply listed resource leads to students hard to form a systematic knowledge structure,the semantic management of teaching resources has drawn more and more attention.Because the concept map can represent the knowledge structure,it is widely used in resource organization.Artificial build concept map is the bottleneck of being widely used,so automatically build the concept map is a focus of current research.It is the purpose of this paper to construct the concept map automatically from the web page teaching plan and to organize and manage the knowledge effectively.The main process of automatic construction of concept map includes concept extraction,concept relationship extraction and visual display of concept map.This paper constructs the concept map of each subject automatically from web page teaching plan through the related technologies of natural language processing and data mining so as to realize the effective organization of resources.The automatic construction model is proposed based on the structural features of web page teaching plan.First of all,the crawler was developed to obtain the teaching plan of relevant website,and then use linguistic and statistical methods to automatically build the concept map.The concept extraction module adds compound word extraction,in order to improve the word segmentation effect;using improved TFIDF.topic model for the extraction of subject concepts,word2vec for the expansion of subject concepts.In the concept relation extraction module,the taxonomic relationship extraction is added,and the related-concept pairs are obtained based on the association rules and the word2vec,the taxonomic relationships are obtained by the term inclusion method and the string matching method.The concept map visualization using a tool-D3.js to display,and finally invite subject teachers to evaluate the construction of concept map.In order to validate the validity of the concept map automatic construction model,experiments data source were based on the subjects of language and physics,and the results of the experiment were evaluated by means of subject teachers' judgement combined with questionnaire.The results show that the physics is better than the language,confirming that the concept map model of basic education automatically constructed is valid,which lays the foundation for the follow-up promotion of non-linear organization and application of resources.
