Applying information-based teaching tools to improve in-class teaching efficiency and quality is one of the main tasks of promoting information-based teaching in China.With present application of information-based teaching tools in basic education of China analyzed,this paper finds out existing problems and proposes certain solutions,which are of great significance to promote the development of information teaching in China and to provide reference and suggestions to the government.With related technology of large data applied,this paper investigates the application of information teaching tools in basic education and analyses data of Web teaching plan to excavate the use of information teaching tools in teaching plan.New methods and ideas are proposed for the survey regarding application of information teaching tools in the teaching of basic education in China.Meanwhile,from the perspective of large data,this study obtains current situations which are difficult to be found in sampling survey including questionnaires.Main content in this paper are as followed:First of all,based on relevant literature on current status in application of information-based teaching tools,methods and process for investigation of present status of application in information-based teaching tools are constructed based on the characteristics of Web teaching data.Secondly,related data is obtained from the second development of Nuth implements.Data storage and processing are realized by means of big data related technologies.A rule-based classification algorithm is used to classify and attain obtained research data,and then the content of extracted webpage is drawn while using the line block distribution function.Expansion in thesaurus of accurate segmentation in Ansj word segmentation tool is performed.According to constructed information-based teaching tool vocabulary,tool mining and statistics are performed from Chinese word segmentation of the text.Finally,based on three dimensions including disciplines,segments and time series.the statistics results are visualized.It is found that policies play a significant role in promoting the application of information-based teaching tools,and information-based teaching is based on the nature of discipline.There is a significant trend in the replacement of multimedia courseware by electronic teaching materials and the lack of scientific application of informational teaching tools in basic education.Noticeably,the status quo of teachers'information literacy teaching needs to be improved.
