With the promulgation of the compulsory education curriculum experiment scheme of school for the blind,deaf and mental retardation,and the construction of medicine and education combined experimental base. Rehabilitation training school-based curriculum has the attention of more and more special educaiton school.This study based on this background,and consider fine motor skills for individual survival and development is so important.Therefore,this study is trying to develop fine motor skill training curriculum to provide advisory opinion for special education school..This study is divided into four stages based on reference of applied research paradigm, they are described as follows.Firstly, preliminary research on the development of school-based curriculum, that is analysis of special students fine motor ability and fine motor training, parental expectations and requirements, the attitude of the teachers and the suggestion,and using the literature method and questionnaire survey method to collect and analyze data. The study found that the special students accept the fine motor skills training situation is not optimistic, parents think their children demand fine motor skills training degree. But special schools failed to meet the needs of the students, the teacher is generally believed that the development of school-based curriculum can solve the current problem.Secondly, the design of the curriculum plan, Including of the design of course objectives and course content. Curriculum goals include general objective and concrete goal, among them, the targets are divided into three areas of cognition, emotion, and skills. Course content includes three areas,they are basic hand movements, school hand operation and hand operation occupy the home,134training items. Evaluation results show that the experts think special children need those items.Thirdly, the implementation of the curriculum,explain the form of curriculum, implementation process, implementation object. Recommend this course to take a training class and in other courses infiltration combining form.On the grade, the implementation object basically is low, the intermediate section of special students.In disability types, mainly for cerebral palsy, mental retardation and autism students. Implement process including five links,they are training preparation, training organization, training methods, adjust training difficulty and real-time evaluation.Fourthly, evaluation of the course,using school-based curriculum evaluation framework put forwarded by Lin Yigang. Evaluate of school-based curriculum development situation, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation process and effect. According to the results of evaluation,the target, content,process and result is reasonable,clear and effective.
