Research On Lenin's Marxist Party Organization Line Thought

As a great proletarian revolutionist,Lenin led the Russian people through the baptism of war,promoted the leap of socialism from theory to reality,and proved that the socialist theory has strong vitality and applicability in practice.In order to realize the long-term governance of the Bolshevik party,Lenin attached great importance to the party’s organizational line.He believed that the party’s organizational line was related to the party’s political line,and the organizational line was the key issue related to whether the party could be in power for a long time.Lenin’s understanding of the organizational line of Marxist political parties is not only influenced by Communists such as Marx and Engels,but also related to Social Democrats such as Plekhanov and Rosa Luxembourg.On the basis of these thoughts,Lenin combined with his own thinking on the Russian Revolution,and finally formed a more systematic Marxist party organization line theory.Lenin attached great importance to the Marxist party organization line because of his understanding of the relationship between the party and class and between the party and the masses.From the perspective of the relationship between the party and the class,Lenin believed that the party was an advanced force of the proletariat and was composed of advanced elements in the proletariat;From the perspective of the relationship between the party and the masses,Lenin believed that history was created by the people,and the party must maintain close ties with the people.Lenin believed that the content of the party’s organizational line should include organizational system,democratic centralism,the construction of Party members,cadres and talents.As far as the organizational system is concerned,Lenin pointed out that a strict organizational system is an important guarantee for Marxist political parties to win the victory of the proletarian revolution,establish socialist political power and consolidate socialist political power.The strict organizational system requires the establishment of a perfect organizational system in Soviet Russia from top to bottom,including the party’s central organization,local organization and grass-roots organization;Party members are required to participate in a party organization and clarify their party member role in participating in the organizational life;At the same time,all Party members are required to strictly abide by the party’s constitution.As far as the fundamental organizational system of democratic centralism is concerned,this is the fundamental organizational system and organizational principle of the whole party.In order to adhere to democratic centralism,we should adhere to the principle of the party’s collective leadership,establish a strong leadership core,abide by the party’s discipline,maintain the party’s centralized unity and unity,and constantly carry forward inner-party democracy.As far as the main object of the organizational line is concerned,Lenin believes that we should start from three aspects: the construction of Party members,cadres and talents.Lenin’s Marxist party organization line thought is the enrichment and development of Marx and Engels’ Thought on the proletarian party organization line.This thought is still not outdated today.It has important practical reference significance for guiding the Communist Party of China to strengthen its own organizational construction,promote organizational work and implement the organizational line in the new era.
