Research On Common Prosperity Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Common prosperity is the value pursuit of Marxist political parties.The publication of the Communist Manifesto marked the birth of Marxism.In the Communist Manifesto,Marx and Engels outlined the blueprint of the future society,believing that the goal of the future communist society is the free and comprehensive development of people,and the goal of production is the prosperity of all people.After the founding of the communist party of China,guided by the marxism,combining the actual development situation of Chinese society and constantly enrich the marxism common prosperity thoughts,especially Deng Xiaoping's socialism essence theory and Xi "people centered" development philosophy is currently promoting the common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics the important theory basis.Common prosperity is the goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the founding of new China,we have been forging ahead towards the goal of common prosperity.The completion of the three reforms in 1956 marked the establishment of the socialist system in China,which laid a solid institutional foundation for the realization of common prosperity.Although serious twists and turns have taken place in socialist construction and exploration,and the practical exploration of common prosperity has stalled,we have quickly completed the work of putting things right.Over the past four decades of reform and opening up,we have gained a clearer understanding of common prosperity under socialism with Chinese characteristics.First,common prosperity is all-round development,with comprehensive contents,universal objects and extensive areas.Second,common prosperity is not equalitarianism,nor polarization.Common prosperity is the unity of universal wealth and moderate gap,and adhere to the principle of the unity of efficiency and fairness.Third,common prosperity is a historical development process,and its realization can not bear on the reality of social development.It has the distinctive characteristics of stages and the realization process is not balanced.In the process of moving towards common prosperity,the common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made remarkable achievements: since the reform and opening up,the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system has laid a solid material foundation for the realization of common prosperity;Targeted poverty alleviation in the new era has effectively addressed the biggest weakness in achieving common prosperity.The historic achievement of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects has made a big step forward for common prosperity.At the same time,due to the restriction of objective conditions of development,the widening gap between the rich and the poor under the market-oriented reform and the imperfect income distribution system,the social wealth possession is unreasonable.The widening gap in national income distribution,the significant problems of unbalanced and inadequate development and the low level of people's overall prosperity have become the biggest obstacles to achieving more obvious and substantial progress in promoting the common prosperity of all people.Common prosperity is a major policy decision for realizing socialist modernization.The fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC)called for solid progress in achieving common prosperity for all the people.In first in one hundred to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the goal,the comprehensive construction socialism modernization country,into the second one hundred goals in the new journey,to implement the perfecting income distribution system,improve the national quality,improve the public service system,coordination of urban and rural area development and innovation of social management and other major decision deployment,We should promote all-round human development and all-round social progress,and make more substantial progress in promoting common prosperity for all people.
